Detailed Examination
In Cologne,Germany Jan. 4 2003 a flood had taken place due to excessive rainfall and had clogged all the streets. So far 6 people have died even though this is not too much the flood is still highly dangerous. Proof of this is a thousand people in a small city were forced to evacuate their homes. The firefighters feared that the Lossa River's levees could not withstand the tremendous force of the rain and they thought that the levee were too short. Near Luxembourg, a 71-year-old man was said to have  been lost in the massive waves of the flood. Most people say he is dead since he is very old and vulnerable. So far it has not caused much damage bling-bling wise but it has caused a little bit over 2000 mark (marks are the currency in germany.
