Size and Location of the River That caused the flood
         The Yellow River is located in the heart of China. It also the second largest river in all of China.The Yellow River originates from the Yekuzonglie Basin at a depth of 4 500m located in the northern slope of the  Bayankera Mountains in the Quingzuang Plateau, then from east to the west, the Yellow River through nine provinces of China. The provinces that the river goes through are named, Qinghai, Sichuan, Gansu, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Henan, Shandong, and at last joins the Bohai Sea in the province of Shandong.
         
          The yellow river has a length of 5465 kilometres. Its area is about 795 000 kilometres squared.
