Floater Slippers

Walk upon the water as you do on the ground!
I would like to inform you about a new device, named "FLOATER SLIPPER", that is an individual floater footwear. It can be used to walk and run upon the surface of water.
The device (see the figure below) is composed of two cylindrical plastic bodies (23 centimeters in diameter and 230 centimeters length, less than 3 kilos weight each) with central cavities where you can set your feet.
Two reins, connected with the extremities of each cylindrical body, help you in balancing and pushing yourself too.
A bottom floater indentation system permits, while walking on the water, to increase water resistance in the backward direction and, consequently, to obtain an hydraulic force pointing ahead.

I have tested the above mentioned device by myself obtaining good speed performances.
