Boat Rentals
Take yourself on a beach combing or fishing trip in a dealer maintained 15-foot aluminum Gregor Boat
with a 15 hp Johnson outboard motor. The rental price includes the boat, motor, and tank of gas,
gaff hook, salmon net, and safety equipment. MAXIMUM 3 PERSONS PER SKIFF. Fishing gear is not included in the fee. In our store �Baskets & Bullets� we carry bait & lures used in this area. We rent saltwater poles suitable for Salmon & Halibut at $5 per day.
If you are stream fishing you will need to bring your own spinning rod & reel.

Prince of Wales Island has numerous streams and rivers for self-guided fishing trips. Over 1,000 miles of improved gravel roads connect Thorne Bay with many of the rivers.
We have a 6 passenger Suburban available for rental.

You can go clam digging, crabbing, and netting sea cucumbers or look for marine life with us in an open boat suitable for beach combing. Let us know what your interests are and we will tell you what is in season.
The Tour is 2 hours long.

The WOLF LODGE has a large meeting room with a kitchen and restroom. It is available for rental by guests staying at the FLOATEL or outside groups. Upstairs, The Executive Suite, is available for participants in the activity in the conference room. Contact us for details on the facility and how it could be used for your group.

Conference Room & Kitchen - $260 1 day rental / $225 per day 2 or 3 days / $210 per day 4+ days
Executive Suite - $185 per day for 1 or 2 people - 3rd and 4th person add $65 each (4 people maximum)
Round trip transportation to the FLOATEL from Ketchikan is arranged by us with a Floatplane Service.
Our special rate includes up to 40lbs. baggage per person Coming out to the Floatel and two additional fish
boxes (50# each) when you leave. You will be charged freight rates for anything over the 40# allowed.
Please limit your luggage to a minimum for a smoother trip to our �wilderness� location.
Extra large bags are difficult to load and may not travel with you.
Rates: $272 per person round trip with 40 lbs. of gear. (Rates subject to change)
A 40% deposit is required to confirm the reservation at the Floatel.
The deposit is due within 10 days of the inital booking. The full fee is due 90 days before your arrival.
Rates DO NOT include alcoholic beverages or groceries.
Fishing & Hunting licenses as well as some convenience foods are available
at the FLOATEL in our store Baskets & Bullets.
Alcoholic beverages and groceries may be purchased in the town of Thorne Bay,
two miles by water from the FLOATEL.
A 5% cancellation fee will be charged on any fees paid.
The balance of the fees will be refunded on the following schedule:
Sept. through May Cancellation:
90 days in advance of reservation - Full Refund
90 to 30 days in advance of reservation - 50% Refund
Less than 30 days in advance of reservation - No Refund
June - July � August Cancellation:
