Manx``` Brownie Recipe
1/2 Cup - Butter                                                                          2 Cups - Sugar
   4 oz Unsweetened Chocolate                                                      1 Tsp - Salt     
                                          4 - Eggs                                                  1 Tsp - Pure Extract Vanilla (can be omitted if using vanil-sugar)
          1 Cup - Flour                                          1 Cup - Chopped Nuts (Preferrably Walnuts)
Steps:
   
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees. Butter 10 x 14 pan generously.
    Melt Butter, then add Chocolate in Saucepan. Add Sugar and Salt while stirring. Remove from heat.
    Beat Eggs (1 at a time works better). Stir in Flour, Vanilla and Nuts.
    Pour mixture in pan. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes (cut while still hot).
    Remove from pan when Brownies are cool

 
Monkey Balls
3 pkg - Pillsbury Buttermilk Biskut (Seperate them and quarter them into 4 parts). Dip each piece and coat well with:
     1/2 Cup - Sugar                                                 1 Tbsp - Cinnamon
  Place all pieces into a greased tube pan in no particular way. Then take a mixture of:
     1/2 Cup - Melted Butter                                        3/4 Tbsp - Cinnamon        
  Pour on top of what is in the tube pan and bake at 350 Degrees for 30 - 35 minutes.


 
Cheesecake Brownies
  1 box Brownie Mix                                                               8 oz Cream Cheese (Softened)
   2 Tbps Butter (Softened)                                                                       1 Tbsp Cornstarch
   1 Can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT Evaporated Milk)       1 Large Egg        
  1 Tsp Vanilla                                                  2 Cups Chocolate Frostings, (Store Bought)
  Preheat over to 350 degress. Prepare Brownie Mix as per package directions. Spread Mixute into 9 x 13 inch pan sprayed with Cooking Spray. Beat with electric hand mixture, Cream Cheese, Butter and Cornstarch in large bowl until fluffy. Gradually beat in Condensed Milk. Add Egg and Vanilla,
beat until smooth. Pour Cheesecake Mixture evenly over Browning Batter  Bake about 45 min or until top is lightly browned. Cool, and spread Chocolate Frosting over the top evenly. Cut into Bars, store covered in refrigerator.
NOTE: Another great icing is to take a 8 oz Tub of Cool Whip and mix with 12 ozes of Milk Chocolate Chips; place mixute in Microwave for about 2 min. Remover from Microwave and stir until well blended and creamy. Microwave's vary, so you may need to microwave this a bit longer, but before you do that be sure to mix first because it may not require it.
