9/15/99 - Crew members Ron Serio and Francis Keys had qualified for the Team Pro Tour in Washington D.C. with longtime friend and former teammate Kai Martin. Unfortunately Kai Martin spurned the Crew members and their fans by opting to instead attend the Burning Man festivities in Nevada that very same weekend. Now after well over a month of plotting Francis Keys seems to have finally inacted his vengance upon Kai Martin. In a vicious, but cleverly ironic, display Francis Keys broke into Kai Martin's seattle apartment, strung him up and demonstrated to him the very definition of the Burning Man. Luckily for Kai Martin, after Francis had fled the scene of the crime, leaving him for dead, the smoke from his flame broiled flesh set off the alarms, thus inacting the sprinkler system and alerting emergency personnel. At press time Kai Martin is still in critical condition at a nearby hospital and the whereabouts of Francis Keys are unknown. Francis Keys Arrested
9/16/99 - Crew member Francis Keys was arrested in Florida this afternoon on charges of assault, breaking and entering, attempted murder, fleeing the scene of a crime and sodomy. Most of the charges stemming from Tuesday evenings attack on former teammate Kai Martin. Francis was picked up outside of a adult movie theatre. Apparently, one of the employees recognized him from his picture on the NBC nightly news the previous evening. Police believe that Mr. Keys was intending to flee the country on a cruise ship later this evening. It seems he was trying to pass the time till his departure by taking in a show. Thus far there have been no formal statements from Francis Keys, Kai Martin or any of the other Crew Members. We will provide continued updates as more details become available.
