2. Start FlashFXP. You will see a screen with 4 squares, (2 large and 2 small)
3. To get access to a FTP-server get a FTP-URL from the internet and copy it . In FlashFXP click on FTP (upperleft) and then click 'Quick Connect' or press F8 a new window will appear.
4. Copy the URL in the 'server or URL' box, we mostly don't need the other boxes unless the site who gave you the URL says else. (sometimes these boxes get filled automatically, that's ok too) Now press 'connect'
5.In the '4-square' window in the rightcorner-square there is coming some text. If everything is right, there has to appear some files in the square above the little one. [If it doesn't go right check the red text below this text]
6. Now select the files you want to download by clicking once on them, sometimes the files are located in folders, open the folder by doubleclicking and select the files then (you can go back to the previous folder, by clicking on 'parent directory')
7. If it's one file you want to download you only have to right-click and press 'transfer' If you want to download multiple files at once select them all [with shift or control] and right-click and then 'queue'.
8. In the leftcorner-square the files will appear. If you download multiple files right-click on the first file and then 'transfer'. The file will start downloading. Under the square you can see your speed, how much you have to download and the progress. Now you have started your first FTP-Download =D
421: If you get this, it means the server is full, a FTP-server has a limit for the amount of people who can download from there, so you have to try again later.
331: You need a password to enter this server, look if it is at the place where you found the URL, otherwise you should ask the server-keeper.
