HAPPY NEW YEAR 2009!
January 15, 2009 will mark the 70th anniversary of the Church of God of Prophecy in the Augusta area! We will have a special celebration at a later time. Please monitor to keep up. Our Church is continuing to grow! Praise be to God! We have become more multi-cultural and our services reflect this. I believe that the Lord is soon going to do something even more special in this coming year. Our members have just completed an in-depth study of The Revelation. We are going to begin a study of the book of Genesis. We are in no hurry and have no set agenda. Members have said they would like to have a clearer understanding of all the "begats" that are listed. We will also attempt to show that Jesus appears throughout the Genesis and the entire Old Testament. We will see how Jesus, or Yeshua (in Hebrew), is mentioned in the very title of the book! We will meet on Wednesday's at 7 p.m. and on the 1st and 3rd Sunday evenings at 6 p.m. Everyone is invited and welcome. There is no cost for the Class, please join us!
