The Custom Graphics Design Service for Webmasters is offered by Harry Interactive to Harry Potter-related sites that need a little help designing graphics.
I [webmaster] am not the best at graphics designing, but I do do a decent job on making eye-catching graphics (just wait until April!). There are also *special* features I can add to make your graphics dazzle.
Not all applications for custom graphics will be accepted, but you will most likely get a response and maybe some great new graphics to add to your site.
Applicant Requirements
Your site must be "clean", as in NO severe swearing,offensive remarks, or adult things may be included in your site.
Please don't feel bad if I end up not responding to your request. I don't have much free time, and when I do, I try to help, but that's not always an option.
Your site must be Harry Potter-related. Ok, sure, I might do some things for a Britney Spears fan site, but try to keep it under Harry Potter. That increases the chance of you getting a response!
Appreciate my work. If you do not like something I've made for you, you can suggest a few changes which I may do, but I don't have all the time in the world to do such things.
Finally, you must give me credit on your splash/index/main page and link back to Harry Interactive with one of our buttons.
What I Can Design
- Buttons. I'm afraid I can't do exact sizes for buttons (such as standard size)
but I can still make site link buttons in the "medium,small,smaller,smallest" range.
- Picture Clean Up. Lots of sites offer lots of movie pictures but are low quality. I can clean up pictures and make them look better, without making them very large in size (in this case you'll have to send me the pictures you want me to clean up).
- Splash Graphics. This is probably one of the best options because I have a lot of tools for this sort of thing.
- Site Section Graphics. If you've categorized your pages (I hope you've done so!), I can make graphics for a category for you to place on top of each page.
- Back/Forward/Top/Bottom/Home buttons. These are highly popular amongst websites, plus they're cool and can make your site seem more professional.
