| There once was a young girl about 11 or 12 who loved to read the Harry Potter series... She had read Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone over 8 times and was on her way to the 9th time when her mother called her to come to breakfast. This young girl's name was Ali and she had just moved from Washington and had no friends... school hadn't even started yet... They had to move because her father's job had requested him to move his business to North Dakota... Now it was cold and windy in North Dakota... Ali didn't like it very much... She just relied on her books to be her friends: When Ali was about 6 years old... about the time she learned to read... She found a book in the basement that was magical and if she read the book aloud all the books she read would come to life... She didn't know it at the time and since she had just learned to read she read the book out loud so that she could hear herself pronounce the words clearly... No one has ever read the book aloud because They didn't have a reason to! It wasn't really a kids book... Mostly jibberish stuff in it so it never occurred to them that anyone would be interested in letting them read it out loud... It now was just sitting in the basement on the bookshelf collecting dust and Ali just happened to come upon it... It had a very beautiful lavendar color cover and that is what caught her eye because her favorite color was lavendar... So she read the book: "Tis thee that readeth aloud is thee one who shall be blesseth" All of a sudden all the little girl wanted to do was read because when she did she could go inside the books and live the stories! She never told her parents about this special gift she was given for she feared that they would think she was crazy... She loved the Harry Potter books especially because When she read them she could actually go through what the readers were going through... She enjoyed the different flavored jelly beans and the Quidditch matches... She was friends with Harry and Hermoine and tons others... She sometimes even took the classes! One day her mother walked into the room while she was in one of her adventures with Harry Potter... |
