Scale wasn't exactly made to order for MW, but it works pretty well. I think it is 'N' scale, which is what MW is supposed to be. I think the makers of MW fudge this scale now and then.
I have tried to buy pieces of terrain that you can place on the official sized pieces. That tank is sitting on the 'tower' terrain piece, it fits on it just about perfectly, and doesn't go over the edges. A duplicate mylar plotted 'tower' terrain piece sits to the left of it.
The 'flammable' decal I also purchased from Armorcast. I didn't realize how painfully difficult it was to apply decals. I almost stabbed the sheet of decals with my exacto blade.
Look out Erin! You are about to run into an oil tank. O.O
