(FLDA) is an affiliated chapter of the
SOCIETY OF DECORATIVE
PAINTERS (SDP).
FLDA was organized in1987 and received its charter from SDP in 1989.
We host paint-ins as well as seminars by nationally recognized teachers/artists. In addition, we have an annual art auction, holiday social, annual picnic.
FLDA supports the community through our annual community projects. We have painted designs in the community building in which we meet, done hats off for cancer, done school bags for children in need, memory boxes and donated items for raffles for benefits.
Many of our members travel throughout the USA and Canada attending state, district and national conventions.
Our yearly membership fee is only $15.00

If you Paint or would like to learn, we invite you to attend one of our meetings. Enjoy the fellowship of other decorative painters in a relaxed and informal setting amidst informative and educational meetings.
