The long list of amenties include: world class art is displayed, Italian imported furnishing of leather, marble and brass, crystal lighting fixtures.
The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with dishwasher, oven, microwave, waste disposals, food cabinets and displays of glass and light objects. 3 seperate heater/air conditioners with individual controls service the penthouse, available with the apartment is a full computer, printer, scanner, fax machine, telephones in every room, TV's in every room, most automatic washer/dryer and an iron and board, should you decise to use it.

There are plenty of closets and storage spaces, with a large walk-in closet in the master bedroom.
The balconies (2) include tables and chairs, lounge chairs for resting and sunning, with the balcony off the living room fully equipped for entertaining with an American BBQ gril, tables, and chairs, even a t.v. for your guests to waych sports or a movie. There are plants and paintings on both balconies with automatic watering devices.
Two private (within the hotel) parking, secure monitored and guarded. We can arrange for car rentals if required.

The Penthouse is offered at only $3,500 per month with all the services listed. Lease commitment is required for a limited amount of time. In Israel, the renter pays for all licenses and utilitities, which are minimal and can be quoted upon request.
