Today is Presidents Day so I set out to learn about the US Presidents. First I met with George W. Bush and his lovely wife Laura. George W. Bush is the 43rd president. | Click for a larger view |

Next I went to the George Washington Day parade in Alexandria, Virginia. Washington was the first president (but you already knew that!), 1789 to 1797. See George and Martha waving at me from their horse carriage! | Click for a larger view |

Finally, I saw the George Bush CIA Center for Intelligence. That is where the American spies are trained. George Herbert Walker Bush was the 41st president, 1989 to 1993. | Sorry, this is a secret place and no photo was allowed. |

My book today is Washington's Birthday by Clyde Robert Bulla. I learned about George Washington's life. He was very good at math and learned to be a surveyor, that is someone who measures land. I like math, too. | |||||||||||||||||||||
