The intruders are friends of the flat. People who intruded our flat and were part of our lives for the year that we lived there. They are beyond guests. They are the vermin. The uninvited. Why were they there? It got to the stage where we forgot. We had forgotten whose friend they were initially. They were friends to us all. Don't you have homes to go to?

AMERICAN PETE I put down American Pete first as he was probably the first major intruder in our lives. Just two weeks into the first year, he pulled our Sophie and they dated for the rest of that term. Known for his tiny lil spliffs, his unique giggle and his f*ckin fantastic Bowie and Jim Morrison karaoke stints. Oh and of course, he was co-founder of the infamous House of R. He went home, back to America, christmas of 2000. Since then he has kept in touch with some of us. Mostly intruder Sam and Sophie. But we all got Valentine's from him in 2001. Pete will always be with us in spirit until we meet again.
Yeah, OK, so it's just a dedication to American Pete at the mo. Give me time!! I do have work to do y'know.
