| Paulaner Octoberfest Marzen Amber is surprising. At first looks, it appears to be just another ale, without much amber coloring. It has a strong sweet smell, and plenty of sweet flavor. The flavor is just distincive enough to stand apart from other ales. It is smooth with just enough roughness to be typical of an ale, and leaves a little bit of a good aftertaste that fades quickly. |
