Old Style is thick and quite filling, which makes it a beer that most people are unable to drink heavily. | Pabst Blue Ribbon beer is so smooth that it finishes cleanly enough to have virtually no aftertaste. The smell and flavor are better than average, and are a good almost sweet smell and taste. Although good, the smell is not spectacular. The only real downsides to this beer is a lack of intensity and very distinct last of color. Overall, this beer surprised me with its quality. |

| The Pabst Brewing Company, which began back in 1844, brews 25 distinct beers today. Started by Jacob Best, a German immigrant, the Pabst Brewing Company is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The company didn't really take off until 1864 when Captain Frederick Pabst bought a half interest of the company after marrying the owner's daughter. |
