| Doc Holliday's Survey WHAT'S YOUR NAME? The name's Doc Holliday, and no, I ain't no dentist. WHERE WERE YOU BORN? I was born in the southland, 40 some odd years ago. I left home for the first time honey when I was four years old. WHAT'S YOUR PART IN THE BAND? To attempt to play a guitar and maybe, just maybe belt out a line or two in vocals.
