Red Lobster is destroying seafood. Really. Seafood is meant to have its flavours savored and presented in a pleasing manner. Red Lobster takes to destroying seafood by making it either deep fried in beer batter or to make it in "popcorn" form. I'm expecting that a couple years from now even the lobsters at Red Lobster will come deep fried, to seal in the goodness they'd say. Sushi? How about Popcorn Sushi! That looks like a tasty lobster. Would you like some gravy on it? Some "cheez" stuffed inside it perhaps? Don't ever let the folks who run Red Lobster get near filet mignon lest you enjoy "burger balls" or "popcorn foie gras." I bet every time Emeril Legasse sees a Red Lobster ad on TV he shoots the screen and proceeds to wonder what the purpose of his life is.
