Flash_Guardian takes long strides on his way back to the legendary battleground ... maybe this time there would be someone waiting there for him ... someone who could give him a appropriate challenge. He pulls his arm across his body, stretching the muscles in preparation for training ... or a fight.

Flash_Guardian leans this way and that, loosening himself up, his red cape scraping against the ground as he dips, then slowly lowers himself into the splits, his hands braced firmly against the ground in front of him.

Sira strolled into the arena, arms linked behind her back as blue eyes scanned the pit, her gaze falling on Flash. A small smile appearing on her lips, she walked up to him, stopping five or so feet away. "Would you care to spar?" she said

Flash_Guardian keeps his hands planted on the ground, pushing off ... slowly he brings his legs up off the ground, then together, then moves into a handstand. He notices the woman, upside down as he is, and gives her a courteous smile. "Be glad to," he says with some effort before springing up off his hands and flipping back onto his feet, turning to face his opponent.

Sira folded her arms over her chest, sliding her left foot behind her right, "Care to set any rules?"

NickAnderson entered the Arena after following Flash and his protoge, not really interested in keeping himself hidden or entombed whatsoever. He would watch, taking a seat neat the center left wall keeping a diligant eye upon the man and woman.

Flash_Guardian nodded. "Sure ... although I'm pretty lenient, so you may want to set some rules of your own. Firstly, let me say that I'm not interested in a kill. I've never been that sadistic, I just need an easy way to keep my skills up. If you don't want to give me too much trouble, try using weapons that aren't laced with magic ... I'm happy to use my fists and feet. As far a magic or psionics goes ... well, there shouldn't be much need for that, unless you also possess some nonlethal attacks in that department as well?"

Sira nodded slightly, raising her hands up in front of her face and moving her fingers around a little, "I shield sometimes with telekinetic energy, and aid punches with it, but i can lower the energy scale so that it will just sting, not make you explode" she smiled slightly and lowered her hands, bowing a little towards Flash, "So whenever you're ready"

NickAnderson "Interesting." He murmured to himself, keen drow ears picking up all of the conversation with ease. What would happen if... his thoughts drifted off slowly. His attention was kept on them, though. His eyes squinted as he studied Flash and his stance.

Flash_Guardian nodded ... then remembered something. "Actually," he says suddenly, his face brightening. "I'm trying to work up some defenses to psionics. Don't worry about holding back in that department." He moves to a position about ten feet from the woman, arms and legs straightening before bowing respectfully. He quickly strikes a fluid martial arts pose, his face going suddenly serious. There was a moment's pause .... "Hajime!!" Flash started off the match by darting forward, jabbing high with his left fist, swinging upward with his right, then ducks low and continues his momentum in a sort of spin, sticking his leg out to attempt to trip Sira.

Sira stood still for a moment as he came at her, ducking to avoid the high punch , and blocking the next with her right forearm. Upon the kick coming in her direction, she crouched slightly for a moment and jumped, pushing off into a back handspring where she landed, unscathed. She smiled slightly and waited to see if he would want to attack again next, or if she would take a turn.

Flash_Guardian comes out of his spin, propelling himself loosely back up to a sideways standing position and quickly assuming another defensive posture, his front hand low, his back held high, fists clenched and ready.

NickAnderson had witnessed enough of this battle for now as he started to stand, turn, and walk away.

Sira rolled her shoulders back slightly and closed her eyes for a moment, setting her fingertips together. Suddenly, her eyes snapped open and her dissapeared, almost immediately reappearing behind Flash, less than a foot away from him. She aimed a hammer fist strike at his neck, following that up with a set of high, medium, and low roundhouse kicks. She didn't expect to do much damage with this, in truth she was just testing his weaknesses.

Flash_Guardian saw Sira one moment, the next ... gone! His senses reacted ... where ... behind! An arm quickly twists back behind Flash, just enough to deflect the hammer fist, but he took the first two kicks to the side, unable to react to them in time. "Oof!" He stumbles slightly backward, the third kick just missing his shin as he moved. He managed to respond with a single, far-reaching kick to Sira's midsection ... he was probably too far away to connect, mostly he just wanted to discourage pursuit.

Sira slid backwards to make sure that the kick didn't make contact, remaining in a crouch for a moment before straightening, once again sliding her left foot behind her right in that odd stance. Allowing her arms to drop by her sides, she waited to see what he would do next, her expression unreadable.

Flash_Guardian finally settles back into a ready stance, grinning back at the woman. "That was unexpected," he says, suddenly flipping backward, landing on his hands, then his feet, then springing up into a the air at just above head level, tucking himself in a ball. He suddenly blips out of existence, reappearing in a similar fashion in the air just behind Sira's head an instant later, small white streaks trailing through the air behind him as a foot lashes out to strike Sira powerfully in the shoulder before Flash landed. After landing, Flash would spring up into the air just slightly, lashing his leg out again in a devastating 360 degree spin. "Whirlwind kick!"

Sira half-expected this sort of an attack to come at her... bhut then again she half didn't. Her eyes widened as she burst into movement, jumping sideways in the oposide direction that the initial kick was coming at her. Raising her palms towards the kick as iff she was going to catch it, a suddenly visible shield of telekinetic energy appeared like a wall between Flash and herself. She placed the sheild at an angle so that it would simply glance off of it and immediately dropped it as he hit, dropping on all fours to the ground as his whirlwind kick came at her. She barely avoided the attack and pushed off forward, twisting to face him and aim a kick at his now unprotected chin. Landing in a crouch, she dug her fingers into the ground to prevent herself from going too far from him. Straightening again, she smiled slightly, looking at him curiously.

Flash_Guardian landed back on the ground after his spinning kick, his face low, only to see a foot speeding his way. Too soon to react, he readied himself for the blow. There was a burst of yellow light and energy near his chin as the blow landed, but not upon Flash, rather her foot had struck some previously unseen sort of intermittent magical barrier. Flash quickly got back up to his feet, his face wide eyed. "Close," he says, kicking off with his back foot and launching another volley of attacks at her, verbalizing his offensive with a powerful "SOHH!"; his hands and feet become a rapid blur of attacks as he jabs at Sira with his right fist, follows with a left and right hook, then rocks back on his hind foot and snap-kicks with his front one, striking at Sira's shin, stomach, chest, and head.

Sira dodged to the side as he unexpectedly attacked her again, barely getting the chance yet again to drop to the ground to avoid the hook kicks. She looked up, expecting the attack to be over. She cursed herself silently as she watched, as if in slow motion, the snap kick contact every unprotected portion of her body, namely, her stomach and head (her arms protected her chest and she's kneeling). She cried out slightly as she flew backwards with the force, twisting so that she would land, not on her back but on hands and knees. Wiping her mouth a little with the back of her hand, she observed that she had accidentially bit the tip of her tongue. She cursed and stood, rolling her shoulders back and looking over at Flash. "Very good, I'm impressed. It's been a long time since someone has made me shed blood."

Flash_Guardian looked back to Sira, his hands waiting at his front, though a bit more lax as he observed the blood on the back of her hand. "Don't worry about looking for a healer after this, if you need one," he offers. "I'll be more than willing to restore you when we're done." He stood waiting ... she had gotten first blow, but he got first blood.

Flash_Guardian adds, "And you really aren't that bad yourself ... almost got me earlier."

JennyWestheaven walks in, stretching her arms up. She finds a place against a wall and leans up against it quietly, looking outwards with her arms folded across her chest.

Sira smiled, a real smile, and one that didn't show up very often, "Thanks. Care to continue? You've already won i assume, since this is the way many spar's end" she shrugged, rolling her neck from side to side slightly in await for his reply.

Flash_Guardian squinted at Sira, grinning himself. This was just what he'd needed. "Sure, I've got more in me," he replied eagerly. "Why don't you show me some more of that telekinetics you promised?" he nods, bracing himself physically and mentally.

Sira grinned, nodding slightly and pressing her palms together, her eyes closing slowly. Taking a deep breath, she focused all her energy on her core, her entire frame beginning to glow with black energy. Snapping her eys open, she smiled, taking off towards Flash. Her movements were a blur as she sent a flurry of kicks and punches at Flash: high punch, snap kick, left hammer fist, high side kick, low sweeping kick. She jumped flipping in the air to land behind him. Her closed fists were almost impossible to see with the ammount of telekinetic energy surrounding them as she aimed a punch at the middle of his back.

Flash_Guardian focussed almost entirely upon the incoming barrage of blows, his reflexes straining to keep up. Block high, then low, lean back, duck, jump ... 'S--t! Never jump!' he reminded himself, but too late. The woman vaulted overhead ... he managed to land just before she did, but couldn't react in time. Sira's punch slammed hard into his back, knocking him forward through the air. "YEEAHH!" he cried out, arms and legs trailing behind him as he flew, his feet at last gaining contact with the ground in a scraping sound, friction bringing him down into a tumble in the dirt for several more feet until he managed to spread his arms and skid to a halt. "OOOoowwww!" he groaned, pushing himself up onto all fours, grimacing.

Sira shook her hand slightly, most of the telekinetic energy visibly draining from it. "Not bad, most people can't even avoid the first punch" she nodded in approval, waiting for him to stand

NickAnderson enters through a window and stares at Flash.

Kase walked in quietly and she took a seat on the floor, near the first row of the stands. She was always sitting on floors, she preferred that better and she didn't know why really. She just did and she yawned, looking around while she pushed a few lose locks of silver hair out of her eyes.

Flash_Guardian let out a loud groan, slowly putting a leg underneath him and coming back to a standing position ... that one was going to make him sore for a while. He rubs his rubs, still grimacing. "I'm not really strong, but I am fast," he says, managing a chuckle. "Let's just say you give my third eye a hard time, eh?" He reaches up to his neck, twisting his head a certain way until there is a very satisfying crack. "Ohhh ..." He shakes himself out and faces Sira again. "I don't suppose you'd be willing to try that one more time?"

NickAnderson watches with a slight chuckle.

Zaekyn strolls in. "Anyone interested in a spar?"

NickAnderson eyes the one speaking.

[NickAnderson] I am.

Sira smiled again, her hands slowing glowing agian. She took off again, Twisting just as she reached him so that she was facing his side, she yelled out as she aimed another flurry of attacks: Mid-punch, backfist strike, snapkick, double U punch, Jump, double spin kick. She landed from her kick and jumped into a back handspring, unexpectedly pushing off forward too attempt at landing a hard roundhouse kick at his gut.

Zaekyn glances over. "Ok." He moves out into the pit.

NickAnderson stands on the railing for the second floor balconies, and after standing there for a second, props downwards onto the floor, the nimble drow making no noise.

NickAnderson calls after following the being.

Zaekyn shrugs, "doesn't matter to me."

[NickAnderson] Rules? I don't like the use of magic in a -spar-. Or any 'abilities', 'PI', anything other than -weapons- or fists, etc. Now. I would like to spar without weapons....is that a fair set of requirements?

[Zaekyn] Sure, anything you wish.

[NickAnderson] Cool, alright.

NickAnderson stands in front of the being, his cape already taken off along with his weapon belt and the such. The drow wears plain cloth clothing, very light and ....heh. User-friendly. Stark white hair rolls down just past his shoulders, and his violet eyes stare at the one in front of him.

Kymberly walked in slightly nervously. Taking a seat in the front row. She studyed the occupants of the Arena carefully, tucking her knees up by her chin, her arms wrapped around her legs. Her slightly damp hair falling around her, partially covering her face, obscuring her clear eyes from casual glances.

Flash_Guardian erked, one eye widening in sudden panic. This girl didn't waste any time! His mind again tried to focus, still distracted by the pain ... and now she had moved to the side unexpectedly. He found himself unable to react, leaving his defenses to his sixth sense ... the mid punch landed on his gut, the backfist blocked by an upper arm swing, tucking his leg up to weaken the impact of the snapkick, taking the double punch to the side - no, his shield defended that one. He reached up his other hand to protect himself from the first kick, which simply knocked his hand away, but the second one quickly found home on the side of his head, sending him reeling. There was a moments pause before the final powerful kick ... Flash's mind had been razzled by the pain, his sixth senses were clouded. But somehow, at just the right moment, something clicked at the back of his mind. "Yes ..." His arm quickly shot forward as she kicked at him, catching her foot in his hand ...

[Flash_Guardian] ... a trickle of mental energy meeting the force of her kick, not enough to stop the blow, but to lessen its impact. There was a loud crack as the blows collided, and Flash was thrown back by the impact, landing on his back some distance away.

NickAnderson glanced at Flash for a second, then back at ....whoever it was he was facing.

Sira raised her eyebrows slightly as Flash almost completely blocked her kick, holding the kick for a moment out before lowering her leg and straightening up. Walking over to Flash, she crouched beside him, balancing easily on the balls of her feet, "Very very good. You're getting much better at anticipating my attacks." she offered a hand to help him up, and if he needed it, to support him.

NickAnderson had his stuff back on and was out the door quicker than a -flash-.

Kymberly sighed lightly, following the movements of the combatants as best she could. She wished she was among them but a resounding pain peircing her head reminded her of the impossibility of that wish.

Flash_Guardian 's head was reeling, his face contorted from the pain. He turns his head and coughs, spitting up some blood onto the dirt. Wearily, he glances up at Sira, somehow managing a slight grin at the corners of his mouth. He takes Sira's hand, rising unsteadily to his feet. "Thank you," he told the woman, jerking his head down to stifle another cough or two. "I think I'll be alright," he says.

Vincent Ardross runs towards the arena as fast as possible, entering the car park, he sees his car, before darting through one of the open windows, hiding from view, hopefully she was delayed by having to open the door and run out. ^^;

Sira looked at him, biting her bottom lip a little, "Oh goodness... I think I over did it. I knew i shouldn't have kicked twice" she drifted off, worried in spite of herself

Charissa grumbled, cursing Vince for shutting the door behind her at the pub and she smirked. She was running into the Arena as well and into the parking lot, she figured he'd go there first. Well, she was hoping he had and she looked around for his car. She stopped running, hopefully he didn't hear her and she sneaked up quietly to his car. "Vince, oh come on.. I know you there. Come out and play. " She had a devious grin on her face this time and she stood there behind his car, with her arms folded.

Flash_Guardian shook his head. "It was just what I needed. Don't worry about me, I take no offense. Just part of the fight, and I will heal. I think you may have awaked something in my mind ... I'll need to train further, but I should be able to master it in time." He straightened up, managing a much better grin. "Name's Flash. Hope to see you around." He bowed his way out respectfully, moving to leave.

Vincent Ardross pokes his head out from the car door, grinning to her before clambering out, "I said catch me." with that he spins around to sprint off to the main arena bit.

Charissa blinked at Vincent "Ahhhh. " She laughed softly, shaking her head and she took off in a run again. She was following quickly behind him and she ran right up to him hopefully. "Gotcha. "

Flash_Guardian nods, then stumbles out of the Arena, battered and bruised, yet already healing.
