Glyniss_McMasters frowns a little not quite understanding her voice dropping a little " Wha' yer mea' by tha'........we ha' Bida an' Aiza helpin' in ter en'.."

Kade tosses the stone in after the first one now, "Everything turn out well then Glyniss?"

Flash_Guardian follows a familiar trail from the pub, slowly pushing bushes and leaves aside, his long white religious tunic catching on several branches, stopping him in a scowl as he kneels to pull his garments loose.

Glyniss_McMasters nods hr head slowly " I thin' so.....wen' ter wa' ter other' wante' it ter go......I' sur' yer woul' hav' welcom' ter hel' yer kno'"

Kade lifts his head, and for a moment it looks like he's sniffing at the air, "I think we've got some company coming Glyniss."

Glyniss_McMasters blinks....hand rising to finger flick the brim of the stetson back as she scans around....before reaching down to grab her boot...beginning to tug and pull it onto her foot...reaching down for the other

Flash_Guardian dislodges himself from the bush and quickly moves through, seeming rather disgruntled as he moves toward the familiar place beside the stream, looking around and quickly spotting Glyniss and Kade. A semblance of a smile creeps over his face as he moves over to the pair, his long white tunic with blue trim blowing about in the breeze, the bright blue holy symbol clearly displayed on his front and back. His cliche red cape is nowhere to be seen, for some reason. "Uhh ... howdy?" he calls out to the pair in a diplomatic fashion.

Little_Half~Breed_kodora she had followed flash. sitting high in a tree watching him, ocasional tears dripping onto leaves. she sighed softly < jesty.. i miss you..> she let out a few whimpers " please?" she said softly.

Kade nods to Flash when he makes his apperance, "Howdy stranger, long time no see."

Glyniss_McMasters was tugging the boot onto her foot....hearing the greeting she pauses head rising to look in the direction of the voice a smile appearing..." Welll...howdy Flas'..." a brow rising at his attire not sure if she's seen him dress so before

Flash_Guardian finds a comfortable place to sit by the pair, eyeing Glyniss's boots curiously as he pulls the back of his tunic out, carefully sitting so as not to dirty his priestly garb. He even seems to sit a bit more properly, not just sprawled out over the ground as is his custom. He nods to Glyniss and Kade. "Yeah, it has been a while. What's new?"

Flash_Guardian raises an eyebrow as he notices Glyniss's leg brace is currently off ... he's never seen her without it. He makes no comment on such, just notices.

[Kade] You're duds it seems.

Glyniss_McMasters blinks a little at this change in him....nodding to his clothes.." Shoo' wha' go' inter yer....ain' see' yer dresse' lik' tha afer no'..." giving one last tug at her boot pulling it on...hand reaching down for the brace.

Flash_Guardian glances down at his priestly attire, chuckling. "Oh, yeah ... I've been doing some thinking, ever since we managed to get the Triad out of the hills ... I mean, that was really Chen's calling for me. That was no small feat, that was destiny," he explains, making grand motions with his hands.

Glyniss_McMasters studies him now....her brace forgotten...." Ohh.......I se'....an' jus' wha' doe' tha' mea'.....ain' go' a preache' ma' no' hav' we?"

Kade nods slowly, "Looks like he just may be Glyniss."

BenjaminBlue moves quietly through the crisp, cool air of this evening with a slow and ponderous pace. One foot would gradually lead the other to follow as he looked towards the ground with his hand placed under his chin.

Little_Half~Breed_kodora she sighed softly and rolled over onto herside, not facing flash. " jesty" she whimpered, now begiign to cry, rahter noisily, but not too uncommon for someone in her pain.

Flash_Guardian shakes his head and chuckles from where he sits next to Kade and Glyniss, his priestly ropes draped over his front and at his back. "No, no ... it's just ..." He pauses, pondering his words. "After thinking about what happened, and about me being here to represent my deity, I had a thought. An idea, I guess." His eyes light up and he leans a bit closer, beaming happily. "I want to build a permanent fixture for my deity up in the hills, right there in the crater where the Triad came out. I mean, it'll be a lasting mark upon this place to represent the lord of Destiny! And what better place to put such a temple than the place where destiny called me so many weeks ago? I mean, if that site isn't holy ground for my god, then I don't know what is!"

Glyniss_McMasters leans a little away from Flash eyeing him up and down......." Yer mea' som' sorta chruc' fer peop' ter go ter ter pra'......ho' yer gonn' do that?"

BenjaminBlue rocked himself to a halt, hearing the unmistakable exclaimation of Flash's pious nature. Ben turned off the road and started moving towards the group, tucking his hands in his sleeves as he approached. "Sounds interesting," he said from the dark before appearing a moment later.

[Kade] My guess Glyniss, very carefully is how.

Flash_Guardian nods to Glyniss ... then his head whirls in the direction of the other voice just in time to see Blue step into the light, a great big smile flooding his face. He gives the man a hearty wave. "Now here's a man that can understand my intentions. How are you, Blue?"

Kade leans over to speak quietly to Glyniss, "You're gonna have to tell me just what happened. Otherwise I think your friends lost his mind."

Glyniss_McMasters sideglances to Kade nodding...." I gues' yer coul' be righ'...." shifting a little as she bends over slipping the brace around her lower leg..and pushing it under her foot a little....as she begins rescreweing and straping up tugging them as tight as they she needs them

BenjaminBlue tilts his head down and smiles. "As well as you sound, is it, Brother Flash now?" This wouldn't be much of a surprise of course. He had heard Flash's story once sometime before.

Glyniss_McMasters head turns as she tugs the last strap having not been aware of another til he spoke....eyes sweeping over this new arrival as she leans back up

Little_Half~Breed_kodora she sighed and lept out of the trees and landed in Flash's lap, crying and trembling. she knew jester wouldn't be coming back, and she hated Flash for it, but their was nothing she could do about it.

Flash_Guardian rolls his eyes and throws up his arms helplessly. "I prefer the title of Guardian! Besides, have I really acted like much of a priest around you all before?" he says, giving each of them a questioning glance in turn.

[Flash_Guardian] ... and then Kodora lands in his lap, startling him. "Gyyaah!" He tries to back away from her, which is rather difficult seeing as how she's in his lap ... then eventually just breaks down, shakes his head sadly and starts to rub her fur as before.

Kade 's hand drops down to his knife when something flys at Flash suddenly, "What the hell........"

Little_Half~Breed_kodora she nuzzles up to his hand, purring softly, but sitll whimpering, her body trembling from hunger and from sleep deprivation. "i miss him" she whimperd more.

BenjaminBlue turns his head to the side and chuckles. "I have seen some behavior that would surprise you. Be that as it may, Guardian of Order..." Ben looks to Glyniss and gives a polite nod. "Forgive my intrusion. I am Father Benjamin Blue. It is my pleasure to make the acquaintence of such a lovely lady." Ben looks over to Kade and nods as well.

Glyniss_McMasters shshifts back instintly from Flash as something seems to drop from nowhere..." Hells Bells...."...almost slipping off the rock she was sitting on.....

BenjaminBlue didn't really flinch, having been pounced by Kodora a couple times before.

Kade relaxes when he sees that Flash seems to be unharmed, then he can't help but snicker a bit when Glyniss is addressed by 'lovely lady.'

Flash_Guardian absently pets Kodora, looking her over for a moment. "You don't look well at all, Kodora," he mutters quietly. "Have you been taking care of yourself?" Turning to look back up at Glyniss and Kade, Flash continues to make the remaining introductions. "Kade, Glyniss ... this is Kodora," he states factually, turning back to the other priest. "Blue, these two are Kade and Glyniss, both friends, aquaintances, and accomplices." He chuckles lightly at that last one.

Little_Half~Breed_kodora she hsook her head " no.." :she said softly , her rather light body snuggleing up to him. she looked rather thin for her age, too thin. and just gerenally didn't feel too good either.

[Glyniss_McMasters] she steadies herself a little shifting back a little...before her attention rest on Ben....hand rising to lifting her stetson by its brim before slapping it back on her mop of hair..." Howdy Miste'..." glancing around a little before looking back at him sideglancing to Kade....." wai' di' yer sa' yer a preache' ma'?"

Kade watches Flash and Kodora, a little puzzled by whats going on, "Your friend there ill Flash?"

BenjaminBlue found his gaze pulled over to Kodora. Could this really be the wily, brash, spirited Kodora he had encountered long before? A wave of sadness would wash through his features for only a second before he managed to bring himself back to the group, nodding to Kade with a somewhat distracted expression. "Pleased to meet you."

Flash_Guardian sighs, now starting to scratch right behind one of Kodora's ears lightly. "Anyway, my idea to build a temple is primarily the reason I'm wearing the robes at the moment. I wore them to the pub just now, hoping to get some people's attention. After all, I'm going to need help from other people if I'm going to get this temple built ... let's just say it went less than well." He frowns for a moment, then looks down to Kodora, a mischievous sort of twinkle in his eye. "Do you like fish?" he asks her sweetly.

BenjaminBlue looks back to Glyniss and bobs his head. "That I am, my lady. I speak on behalf of my Lord above." Blue glanced over to Kade, then Kodora before looking back to Glyniss.

Flash_Guardian also nods back at Kade. "So it would seem."

Andarthiel appeared out of nowhere and moved towards the Stream. He looked down at his reflection and smiled. It looked as young as usual. His gaze then turned to Flash, Kodora and Kade. He smiled and made his way towards them.

Glyniss_McMasters rises a brow...glancing over to Flash and then Blue....." Welll...I gues' ter plac' coul' do wit' som' preachin'.....ho' lon' yer planin' on stayin?"

Kade chuckles softly as he hears Glyniss. "Not sure about that, we seem to be hip deep in them right now. Anyway, what sort of help do you need Flash?"

Flash_Guardian hears the approach of another figure, his gaze peering in that direction ... he recognizes the man known as Andarthiel, nodding to him politely from his seat on the ground ... his priestly robes are draped over his front, with Kodora curled up in his lap.

BenjaminBlue brings one hand out of the folds of his robe and again brings it to his chin. "Now that I'm back from the monastery, I should be able to stay for quite some time."

Glyniss_McMasters nods " So....yer gonn' buil' a churc' an' all......" she finger flicks the brim of the stetson..." Can' see yer gettin' fol' aflockin' ter worhsi' ter muc'"

Andarthiel nods "Greeting, father Flash. It is nice to see you again" he smiled at him "I see that you are well" he takes a seat nearby.

[Little_Half~Breed_kodora] "flash.. i wanan show you someting that jester taught me" she said softly. sheheld out herhands and closed her yes and repeated the words " xis noillib" anda small star formed in her hand. " see? jester gave it to me.."

Flash_Guardian sighs, looking up at Kade. "What else does a person need when building a new building? Manpower, money for supplies, blueprints ..." Flash's voice trails off as he is met with the enormity of the task he has envisioned. "I mean, this isn't something I'd prefer to attempt on my own. I can do a little with my magic ... I can even consecrate the place myself once it's built. Heck, I could probably perform most of the manpower on my own, if I needed ... but there's still the matter of supplies." His head seems to be swimming in circles as he looks up at Glyniss. "So you're saying that I could probably build the place at a better location?" Flash's excitement seems to be dwindling quickly.

Kade shakes his head slowly when he sees Flash loose hope, "If anything's worth doing, its not easy. Do you think you're god would be just as happy if you slapped his symbol on the side of a cardboard box?"

Glyniss_McMasters frowns a little at Flash..." Ain' yer preache' fol' suppose' ter be fille' wit' hop' an' fait' an' all tha' stuf'......fer someon' wit' fait' yer shore ge' knock' dow' quic'"

Little_Half~Breed_kodora she looked up at flash, still holding the star " i don't get what he is saying" she whispered softly into his ear.

Andarthiel nods "Well you could let me help I canput buildings together. My divine powers are enough to manipulate such corporeal matter.It's just an option I wanted to put forward" he smiled.

Flash_Guardian turns to glare exasperatedly back at Andarthiel. "Father ... ?!" This was getting ridiculous. And then a small glint of starlight catches his eye ... sure enough, a miniature star hovering just above Kodora's palm. He tilts his head at it for a moment, sparing the others a glance as they each speak to him in turn. "Jester taught you that?" To Kade, he says, "You do have a point. I mean, if nothing else I'll just go out there and conjure four walls of stone and call it a monument ... but I would like to see the place built right. And I have lots of ideas." To Andarthiel, "I'm no preacher, sir. Andarthiel, was it?"

BenjaminBlue idly twirls the end of his mustache as he glances up to the night sky for a moment as if to see something. "Well, I could understand getting supplies would be a difficult task. But I am sure if I speak to Brother Demitrious, the Church would be happy to offer of some of the debris from the ruins. It would have to be carted here, but I would suppose that transport of them wouldn't be much of a task for you."

[Kade] Seems like you've got lots up help now Flash. Don't let some little setback like reality get you down.

[Glyniss_McMasters] "We du' enoug' roc' an' stuf' gettin' tha' thin' ou' sure' withou' cartin' stuf' ter th' plac'......or ain' it"

Andarthiel nods "So why are you intending to build this building anyway?" he looked t him curiously.

Little_Half~Breed_kodora she nodded. then sighed softly. she was begining to feel ignored/ she climb oout of his lap and contoniued to watch the star as she made her way towards Benji.

Flash_Guardian nods to Blue. "Yeah, I can teleport the supplies directly there without too much trouble. I'm really not too bad with a hammer and a bin of nails, as long as someone else is there to tell me where to pound 'em." He looks back up at Andarthiel. "At this point, any help I can get is appreciated. Though I'd like to avoid supernatural means in the actual construction process if I can. Stray magical energies might make it difficult for me to consecrate the place once it's finished." He just grins at Kade, then gives one final look at Kodora. "Hang on a sec," he says, scooping Kodora up and nestling her comfortable in a patch of grass nearby. He stands, dusting himself off ... and glowers at the dirt stain Kodora left on the front of his robes, no matter how much he tried to keep them clean.

Kade shrugs, "I can help you build if you want. I'm no carpenter, but I've helped hammer a couple nails in my time."

Andarthiel nods "My methods involve powers of the mind so it is hardly supernatural. besides I could also my demigod strength to heave large masses about." he suggsted.

Glyniss_McMasters leans back a little and just listens her gaze going from one to the other as they speak and plan...smiling guessing Flash is getting all the help his going to need in one form or another

BenjaminBlue twists his wrist to the side and points out into the night with a smug smile. "I could help with the consecration ritual if need be, but I suppose it wouldn't be to well to get ahead of ourselves. One step at a time would be a wise decision."

Flash_Guardian beams at the others, pleased to hear them so eagerly offer to help. "Thank you all so much! I promise I'll find a way to make it up to you." He ponders thoughtfully. "Maybe I'll engrave your names on some bricks or something," he says, chuckling as he removes his holy tunic, rolling it up and draping it over a low tree branch nearby. Looking back to Andarthiel, he comments, "Whether it's mind or magic, it's still divine energy, like you mentioned. The strength works, though. As for why I'm building it ... what's any self-respecting missionary to a new place expected to do?" Flash shrugs, then quickly trots over to the side of the stream.

[Kade] You could always try to convert the natives Flash, that seems to be a common theme with missionaries.

Glyniss_McMasters chuckles softly not really seeing Flash as the hell and brimstone preacher man bringing faith and love to the untold masses of heathens of the land

Flash_Guardian laughs back at Kade as he turns to the water. "Okay, Kade! You and Glyniss first!" He leaps high up into air, tucking and rolling out over the water, then straightening into a graceful dive as he plummets into the water.

Andarthiel he chuckles "Preaching always fails no matter how hard you try. Beleive me I know" he produces a large flask filled with glowing blue liquid and takes a couple of sips. He replaces it in his bag and watches them dive into the water.

BenjaminBlue decides to sit himself down and folds his arms somewhat defiantly. "The locals don't seem to be that interested in worship." Ben continued on, lost in his own ramblings as Flash dived in. "I guess it can't be helped."

[Kade] Thats quite alright there Flash, I've had my share of those trying to convert me in my time.

Glyniss_McMasters laughs " Aw....shoo' wha' make' yer thin' we' native' of thi' her' hic' tow'?" shaking her head a little grinning broadly as she watches him swan dive into the stream

[Flash_Guardian] Those who can see Flash see a rather odd sight ... Flash appears to be chasing a fish of some kind, darting through the water this way and that, barely able to keep up with the agile trout.

[Flash_Guardian] Eventually, Flash stops darting through the water ... there is a flash of light and five lights can be seen shooting forth and striking the fish unerringly. Flash swims over and grabs it, popping up out of the water with a goodly sized trout in his hand. He moves over to Kodora quickly and presents her with the fish, hoping she likes trout. He's dripping wet.

Glyniss_McMasters shrugs her shoulders glancing over to Ben.." Thin' wit' folk' thes' day' is the' wrap' up in wha' happenin' ter the'.....no' othe' folk'....the' nic' an' cos' in ter ow' worl'"

Flash_Guardian shakes himself dry right there on the spot ... sending droplets of water flying in every direction. A massive grin covers his face.

BenjaminBlue holds his tongue to look at Flash soaking wet with a fish in his hand. After showing a wide smile, Ben looks to Glyniss and nods. "It truly is a shame, but I suppose that with all that happens around here, it would only be first nature to worry more about yourself."

Kade chuckles a little as he watches Flash, "Well well, look at what the cat dragged in."

Flash_Guardian meows, still grinning and watching Kodora eat her fish (assuming she took it, as she rather disappeared).

Glyniss_McMasters grins and nudges Kade..." Cat fis' yer mean" her attention once more resting on Ben..." Ain' tha' jus' wha' yer not suppos' ter do....side' wa' I see' thin' ter's goo' an' ba' in everyon'...jus' tak' a litt' ter sho' in som' folk'"

Andarthiel laughed as the droplets of water coming from Flash made their way onto him."Hey watch it. For a missionary your manners are quite out of hand"

Kade laughs, "I'm having trouble telling which is fish and which is man as it is Glyniss, without throwing a cat in there too.'

Flash_Guardian chuckles at Andarthiel. "Fine, then. Since I'm a missionary, I guess that makes it holy water. There. You're all blessed now." He breaks into joyous laughter, looking around at the others. "Well, I do hope to do some good with my temple ... and that's another one of the ideas that I had for the place." Flash runs a few hands through his hair, trying to coax it back into its previously spiky form. He succeeds all too well, giving him a look that is completely unnatural. Scowling up at his hair, he moves away a bit and shakes his hair out once more, careful not to get anyone wet this time.

BenjaminBlue closes his eyes and silently agrees. "Everyone has their own demons to conquer. It is troubling to some who refuse to take any aid. Although I do admire self-reliance to a certain extent, it can end up leaving a person a shell of a man. Disheartening to watch." Ben grins at Flash, "I couldn't see how you wouldn't do good to this land. A firm foundation is what people need."

Glyniss_McMasters tilts her head..." Don' the' sa' eac' troub' overcom' make' yer al' ter stronge'?" chuckling as she watches Flash.....Kade being seated where he was had actually stoped her being splashed and blessed it seemed

Flash_Guardian smiles back at Blue, nodding. "I've experienced as much also during my time here ... you offer your hand to a hundred people here, and maybe two or three of them actually take it." A grave look shades his face for a moment before he shakes away the stray memory. "I also hope to have an adjoining dojo built onto the place ... something for the not-so-religious," he says with a grin. "If gods and a life of worship isn't your ticket to enlightenment, at least I can lead you there through training," Flash says with a grin.

Kade chuckles and shakes his head, "With all this religious talk, I almost feel the urge to repent my sins."

BenjaminBlue waves one hand to dispel Flash's comment. "I fight only with the word of God and never a sword. I'm sure that I am on the right path."

Andarthiel nods "I'm sure that your establishment will bring peace and joy to all within their walls. That is why I offer my services to you, to be a part of what is awonderful project. A dojo will also prove useful to those who wish to hone the skills of combat"

Glyniss_McMasters frowns a little a puzled expression sweeping over her face...." Oka' ris' at feelin' rea' dum'.....wha' in hells bells is.....a dooo' joo"

Flash_Guardian grins at Kade. "Well, pick a preacher," he jokes, looking between himself and Blue with a grin. "That's the hope, Andarthiel. And Glyniss, a dojo is simply a place of training ... combat training, primarily. Martial arts."

[Kade] Sorry there Flash, my sin're my own. I've worked very hard to cultivate them.

BenjaminBlue leans forward in his seat and points to Flash. "Oh, that reminds me." Blue removes a small piece of paper with silver writing on it. "I suppose you performed a virtuous task since last I saw you."

Glyniss_McMasters brows knit a little..." An' jus' whos' agoin' ter do ter teachin'.....yer kno' anyon'?"

Flash_Guardian closes his eyes, straightens his posture and claps his hands together. A gust of warm wind swirls around Flash for a moment or two, his clothes and hair slowly beginning to dry. "To each his own, Blue. We are all called to walk different paths, so it seems. And yes, actually I have. With the help of some friends, we managed to reactivate an airship from the future and free it from its rocky prison in the hills ... and at the same time we managed to slay an avatar of Chaos, a dangerous sort of Jester." He offers a hand to Kodora. "And I fed a starving young girl just now. Take your pick?"

Flash_Guardian chuckles at Glyniss. "I'll do the teaching, of course!" he says proudly, grinning.

BenjaminBlue smiles and crumples the paper into a ball. "Good, I won't have to worry about that then." Blue tosses the document into the water and the paper gradually dissolves into nothing.

Kade grins slightly, "For some reason the idea of there Flash teaching Flash-Fu seems rather amusing."

Flash_Guardian looks back at Kade, an amused smile lingering at the corner of his lips for a moment. "Flash-fu ..." He lets the words roll over in his mind, eventually bursting into laughter. "I like it!"

Glyniss_McMasters burst out laughing at Kade...." Aw com' on h' migh' jus' be tha' goo'........ar' yer?" head turning with a broad smile at Flash

Kade chuckles softly, "I get the feeling no good can come of this."

PhorenNarqu simply... Was. Unnerving how he did that sometimes. So, as he formed his flesh into physical flesh, rather than that of spirit, all would feel a rather cold wind as it swept outwards from him

Andarthiel nods "You certaintly are taking on a lot of tasks, Flash. I hope they don't get the best of you" he smiles.. But he knew that Flash would do just fine.

BenjaminBlue smiles to the group and leans back. "Even if he was not, I'm confident that Sir Flash would inspire people to haphazardly evade danger as he only could."

Glyniss_McMasters almost laughs at the pic of SIR Flash teaching all the little boys and girls how to kick and such.....as she shivers....

[Kade] Haphazardly evade danger? Now thats a talent you can't teach.

Flash_Guardian slowly turns to look at Glyniss, grinning ear to ear. She had given him a reason. Taking a few steps back, he straightens his posture, feet shoulder width apart, hands flat at his sides. He bows once respectfully ... then keels backward on his right foot, launching an open hand strike forward, quickly spinning about and snap-kicking behind him, following it with another leaping, rolling kick from his other leg and landing in a careful cat stance. Dashing forward, he strikes at another series of three imaginary opponents, whirling about and lashing out with a foot before landing on the ground in the splits! Another punch or two, then he leans to the side, tucking his legs and spinning on his back, pushing off with his hands and rolling back up to his feet gracefully, making almost no sound as he lands.

PhorenNarqu moved silently, as he wont to do, to stop behind Flash once he had stopped his display, and tap him on the shoulder

BenjaminBlue closes his eyes and rests his arms behind his head. "Perhaps, some of his luck will spread to his pupils with any hope," he jokes. Blue felt something cold, but dismissed it as the wind for now...

Kade winces a bit when Flash does a split, "Thats easy enough to do when you're just shadow boxing."

Glyniss_McMasters rises a brow watching Flash....okay she was impressed and it showed......" Yer kno' Kad' he' be grea' at brea' dancin'"

Andarthiel did not feel the cold. His senses were immune to all sorts of dramtic temeprature change. He clapped as Flash finished his routine "Well Done, really amazing moves there."

[Kade] Don't know about break dancin, but he's gonna break somethin' thats for sure.

Flash_Guardian wasn't finished yet. He quickly executes a series of backflips before he is tapped ... one, two, three, then spins out of it with a double kick, landing and immediately kicking off the ground backward into another tuck and roll, twisting into a half-rotation and using the momentum to break into a run straight for a tree. Reaching it, he puts one foot up its side and begins to run up the tree about ten feet or so, eventually kicking off and whirling head over heels through the air another eight feet, lashing out with a leg and snapping a small branch ... whether that was intended or not is hard to tell ... completing his rotation and slowly dropping back to the ground in a kneeling sort of crouch which he holds for a moment ... then calmly stands, assuming his correct posture once more and bowing.

PhorenNarqu moved silently, as he wont to do, to stop behind Flash once he had stopped his display, and tap him on the shoulder

Flash_Guardian at last turns to regard Phoren, a smile of remembrance spreading over his face. "Oh, hi. Did you need something?"

PhorenNarqu shook his head, but smiled "Lets see how you go when you're not simply shadow boxing. You game?"

Flash_Guardian looks Phoren over carefully. Flash has learned to be much more choosy about who he spars with since he's come to the Keep.

[PhorenNarqu] "Oh come on..."

BenjaminBlue pushes himself up and straightens his cap. "Good to see you Phoren. I would love to stay and watch the fight, but I'm afraid I lack the energy to be able to keep myself up." Blue stands to his feet and brushes some stray dirt of his vestments. "It was a pleasure to meet you all. Lady Glyniss. Goodman Kade," he says with a nod. "I shall see thee again soon. Good night." Blue turns around and begins to walk towards the village.

Flash_Guardian seems a bit more serious now. "First let me ask you, because it is very important ... why do you wish to fight me?"

[PhorenNarqu] "Practise, fun..." He turned to smile to Blue "Good night Ben."

Flash_Guardian calls after Blue. "Thanks again for you offer of help! I'll see you around, Blue."

Kade leans over to Glyniss, speaking softly, "Errr, whats going on?"

Kade waves bye to Benjamin.

Glyniss_McMasters nods to Blue..." Yer tak' car' yer hea'"

Flash_Guardian ponders for one further moment ... then nods. "Alright. Name the terms. First hit wins?"

[PhorenNarqu] "No... How about... First to bleed."

Andarthiel watches Phoren and Flash intensely. This could get interesting, watching the two battle it out head to head. He was sure that Flash would win.

Flash_Guardian narrows his eyes at that, not looking very impressed. "I don't fight for blood."

[PhorenNarqu] "Fine... First hit. 20 foot circle."

Glyniss_McMasters head turns as she looks over to the two males....." Hey....tha' ain' righ'...." settling into quietness at the change ....satisfied

Flash_Guardian nods. "Agreed. Weapons? No weapons?"

[PhorenNarqu] "No weapons. Mine are too sharp for this."

Flash_Guardian unstraps the rod from his thigh and the belt pouch from his hip, tossing them over near Glyniss. He seems serious about this, but a sparkle in the back of his eyes belies how much he's looking forward to this. He hasn't had a good spar in quite some time. "Twenty feet, then. Centered on that tree." Flash indicates the nearby tree that he ran up shortly before. He steps into the circle and puts a respectable distance between him and Phoren, turning to face him and quickly assuming a martial arts ready stance. "Ready, sir?"

PhorenNarqu nodded. And then he was gone, just a mist. Kind of an unpleasant turn. And he would appear suddenly behind Flash once more, hopefully unnoticed, and strike out with an open palm

Kade looks over at Glyniss, then back to Flash. He'd never much put any value in sparring, so wasn't sure how this would go down.

Glyniss_McMasters reaches out pulling the items close to her....not wanting anything to happen to them....as she shifts to get a better viewing...just letting it be between the two males

Flash_Guardian rolls forward, lashing out with a foot as he spins head over heels, attempting to knock Phoren's hand away with his spinning foot before rolling up to a street brawl stance, hopping from foot to foot. "They always come from behind," he says with a smirk.

PhorenNarqu somersaulted backwards, chuckling, before he dissolved again, only this time to appear in the tree, silently moving through it, only the barest shaking of branches announcing his presence there

Flash_Guardian tilts a head up at Phoren, grinning bemusedly ... he couldn't remember the last time he'd fought in a tree. "Two can play at this game," Flash says, quickly folding his arms over his chest and closing his eyes. Half a breath later, Flash disappears much like smoke drifting away on the breeze. He floats along as a ghost, waiting for just the right moment to reappear...

[Kade] You know Glyniss, I think I saw this in a movie once....

PhorenNarqu was gone also, mist form once again, and just waited also, but he, was completely prepared for any attack, although there is always that slight possibility...

Flash_Guardian quickly reappears on a stout branch some twenty feet up in the tree, five or six feet out, balancing carefully with his hands out to his sides. The branches and leaves make it difficult to see his exact position, but the shaking branch clearly says he is there ...

PhorenNarqu would have smiled if he had any real form, and that thin, almost invisible fog moved towards him. Playtime was over, and so he partially solidified himself, making the fog tangible at the very last second before he collided with him

[Glyniss_McMasters] she rises a brow eyes shifting to follow where the fight was....watching it intently....guessing this isnt going to be as straightforward as either of them thought ...nodding to Kade as she keeps her eyes on the others

Flash_Guardian senses something moving in the air and quickly lashes out with an arm. If Phoren chooses to solidify just before striking Flash, he'll be resolidifying around Flash's outstretched arm ... not exactly the most pleasant of experiences, I'm sure. Flash stands there with his arm locked in front of him to intercept Phoren's misty charge, whatever the outcome.

PhorenNarqu blinked as he appeared with the arm going straight through him. "Ah crap." But, technically he hadn't been hit yet, so he lashed out with both arms and legs, at break neck speeds

Flash_Guardian doesn't wait for the attack to come ... he quickly leaps aside, heaving his arm toward the tree and hoping the sudden jerk would throw off Phoren's strikes. In fact, for one of the arm and both leg strikes, it does just that ... but one of the arm strikes lands right at Flash's neck, and just before Phoren gets slammed into the tree.

PhorenNarqu smacked against the tree, blood freely flowing from his stomach now, the wound torn further by said sudden jerk

Kade blinks, "Awww hell..."

Flash_Guardian also gets hurled into the side of the tree due to the momentum, taking a hard hit to the shoulder. He begins to fall out of the tree, but just barely manages to grab hold of the branch, catching himself. He cups the fingers on his other arm, the one that is currently through Phoren in order to catch him as he slides back down Flash's dangling arm. "Ow ow ow," he says, grimacing and nursing his neck, holding it at a weird angle.

PhorenNarqu swung his feet up, pushing himself off using the branch to provide momentum, and landing on the ground, before simply fading away.

Flash_Guardian just dangles from the branch for a short time, groaning and grimacing. "Okay, wait a minute ... who the hell won?" he says, unable to look down after the falling vampire.

Glyniss_McMasters shoots up...swaying just a tad ...eyes on the pair above her

[Kade] Now thats a hell of a sparing match, if you ask me....

Flash_Guardian hangs from the branch by one hand, reaching up to feel his neck with his free hand. A sort of half-amused, half-pained chuckle can be heard floating down from above. "Tell me about it ... my neck's gonna be sore tomorrow morning ... but him ... he's gonna have a hard time eating or drinking anything for a while ... heh heh ..."

Flash_Guardian swings from one side to the other slightly, then lets go and lands on another branch a short way down, grunting painfully as he lands and wobbling slightly as he tries to keep his balance ... though his right arm is moving a little funny. After he steadies himself, he hops down to the next branch, and the next, then finally down to the ground, landing in a crouch and holding his shoulder, his neck still held at the same angle. "Lessons of the day ... never teleport yourself into a solid object ... and don't pick fights in trees ... or with trees."

[Kade] Yeah, I tend to keep my feet on the ground. I look less silly that way.

Flash_Guardian narrows his eyes, breathing in a controlled manner ... then out of nowhere pulls down on his injured arm. There is a soft crack, and Flash winces slightly, but his arm now seems to be moving correctly. He then places both hands on either side of his tilted neck ... another deep breath ... krrack! He jerks his neck back straight in a sudden motion. Releasing his head, he shakes his head quickly, leaning it this way and that and looking rather groggy.

[Flash_Guardian] "Oww."

Glyniss_McMasters blinks looking around ...not sure where Phoren was as she begins limping over to where Flash was....clicking of metal rubbing metal following her as always....." Heyy......yer oka'?"

[Kade] You know Flash, there are drugs people take now before doing that sort of thing.

Flash_Guardian grimaces, rubbing the back of his neck and looking over at Glyniss. "Oh yeah, just fine," he says, rolling his right shoulder around its joint. "Just gonna be reeeeally sore for a while, that's all. I'm more worried about the other guy," he says, looking around in concern. The upper part of Flash's right arm and shoulder are slightly red and skinned from where he slammed into the tree, but he looks otherwise okay. "I just thought he was going to materialize in front of my fist, not into it ..."

Flash_Guardian looks back at Kade, still seeming half out-of-it as he rubs the back of his neck. "Hrrmm?"

[Kade] You know what they say about assuming things Flash.

Kade shakes his head, "Never mind, why don't you sit down and take a load off."

Glyniss_McMasters looks around as she continues to limp over in her experince men seem to say they were fine even when they have half their guts hanging out....stopping only when reaching Flash...." Her' le' me loo' a' yer" swiftly as she does a quick visual

Flash_Guardian lets out a long groan. "Gladly," he says, quickly finding a seat next to whatever object happens to be handy to sit back against, closing his eyes. His hand moves up to rub his temples and he winces, grumbling to himself, "Ohhh, I forgot to stretch out before the fight ... now I know I'm gonna be sore tomorrow ..." Flash doesn't seem to notice several splinters embedded in his right shoulder from the tree bark.

Kade shakes his head, "Still don't understand wanting to spar somebody else. If you're gonna fight, fight."

Glyniss_McMasters frowns....limping around behind him....finger flicking the brim of the stetson as she spots the splinters...." Geez yer a pi' cushio' bac' her'....yer bette' kee' stil' fer a awahil'"

Flash_Guardian keeps his eyes half open, a grimace still showing on his face ... he still looks to be in some pain. "Sometimes, Kade, it isn't about wanting to injure the other guy. Sometimes it's just about the thrill, the challenge ... the art." He glances over to his right shoulder, grimacing. "Oh, great ..." He rolls his eyes, not looking too thrilled. "Fine, I suppose you're going to want to have those out, be my guest."

Kade moves to stand beside Flash, giving the other man any type of support he may need, "Good call letting her do it, other wise she'd box your ears something good. As for fighting, I never saw it as art, its always just been plain survival to me."

Glyniss_McMasters nods " Yer bette' kee' stil' ten...." as she licks her lips....flexing her fingers a little reading them....fingers gripping the longest......" brac' yersel'" and before even finishing she tugs swiftly on the wood....pulling it out in a straight line so not to make the wound worst...

Flash_Guardian nods solemnly, grimacing as Glyniss picks the splinters out one by one. "Survival ... I guess it's ... ow! It's like that for me too ... ow ... the fight lets me know I'm still alive."

Kade smiles slightly as Glyniss sets to work, "I find breathing lets me know just fine."

Glyniss_McMasters continues giving him just a little notice before yanking each one out.....once done her fingers probe lightly and carefully over the wounds....checking entry...depth seriousness of each wound....and how much each is bleeding

Flash_Guardian nods, grinning slightly. "Well, when you've been around as long as I have ... ow ... breathing just doesn't do it for you any more ..." The smallest of the wounds have already clotted, and most of the others are following suit ... none of them went in too terribly deep, but the largest wound seems like it may need a bandage to help stop the bleeding ... certainly won't kill him, but it'll get messy if untreated.

[Kade] Heh, well then geezer we'll see how I feel in a couple more years then.

Glyniss_McMasters frowns a little...." Oka'....Kade coul' yer ge' tha' to' ofna hi'....leas' yer wan' me ter do i'...pleas'" taking a limping step back as she waits

Flash_Guardian just nods to Kade, continuing to go along with Glyniss's ministrations. He seems a bit better already, though he's still nursing his neck.

Glyniss_McMasters waits for Kade to help Flash as she turns limping off to the stream bending slightly as she sweeps her stetson off and dips it into the water....straighteing as she limps back with the water

Kade shrugs and nods, "Well Flash, lift this arms if you can, and lets get your shirt off. Doctors orders."

Flash_Guardian whines sarcastically, quickly undoing his belt and setting it aside so he can undo the folds of his karate top, shrugging it off and exposing his lean, well toned chest. He brings a hand to his other wrist, rubbing it modestly. "Geez, it was just a few splinters."

Stephanie walks down the stream bank, her hands in her pockets. She looks into the stream as she walks

Kade shrugs as he takes the shirt and drapes it over his arm, "She's probably just looking for a good male specimen. She might have to keep looking though."

Steelswolf walks in and barks at the strangers

Stephanie continues to walk and sees a snake infront of her. She screams and jumps back

Flash_Guardian glares up at Kade, lightly offended. "And what's that supposed to mean?"

[Steelswolf] ((woof woof))

Steelswolf hears the scream and runs over and bites the snake's head in half

Glyniss_McMasters chuckles softly as she pokes her tongue out to Kade....." Ohh I sur' I ca' fin' a rea' nic' stallio' somewhere'.....Flas' is kind' skinni'....side' I wan' somethin' wit' experinc'" limping behind Flash placing the hat down carefully as she pulls out a clean hankie.....hows that for luck

Kade smiles, obviously joking, "It means you'll need to grow a thicker skin before rematching a tree."

Glyniss_McMasters dips the hankie in the water as she begins bathing the wounds and cleaning what blood had been leaking.....carefully and tenderly around the wounds

Flash_Guardian waves a hand at Kade's comment. "No, no, I had it coming. I should've known better than to get an innocent tree involved in our fight ..." Flash watches Glyniss tend to his wound, sighing softly. He wanted to argue that it really wasn't necessary, but he wasn't going to.

Glyniss_McMasters better not be given any back chat.......once the cleaning of blood has been done she examines the wounds having a better view of them now....

Flash_Guardian looks to be in much better condition now, and the bleeding has stopped. Flash looks down at his shoulder appreciatively. "Thanks, Glyniss," he says, managing a thankful smile.

[Kade] Just wait till you see what you have to pay for the bill, Flash. Then see if you thank her.

Glyniss_McMasters nods " How' yer nec'....yer shoul' be mor' carefu' yer a preache' ma' an' al'"

Glyniss_McMasters chuckles looking over at Kade..." Ohhh righ'.....I' gonn' charg' hi' on' nigh' of fu' an' frolick'.......an' I' collectin' da' afte' 'morro'"

Flash_Guardian rubs his neck once more, grimacing slightly. "Well, it's not broken or anything ... still doesn't feel too good." Flash blinks as Glyniss announces her fee. "Uh oh ... I dunno if I can afford that much ... can we leave off half the frolicking and call it good?" Flash half-smiles at Glyniss hopefully.

AyakoSaoriSouma steps up to the steam bank slowly. Her short purple hair was down, bangs dangling in her face and her big dark, sad purple hues glancing around. She wore a purple short sleeve belly shirt, jean pants, brown belt, white sneakers, and a purple stone on a neacklace around her neck. She walked along the bank until she came to the three that were together, she had seen them before but where she couldn't remember.

Glyniss_McMasters turns bending down as she scoops up her stetson still filled with now bloody water.... eyes coming to rest on Flash as she burst out laughing..." Ohhh shoo' Flas'....I wa' on' jokin'..." grinning broadly as she steps up to him....still behind him somewhat as she reaches out....her fingers gently kneading over the spot he was favouring....licking her lips softly

Flash_Guardian grits his teeth and stifles a cry of pain. "Hey, what're you trying to do to me? Careful!" He instinctively brings his shoulder up to his neck protectively.

[Kade] Careful there Glyniss.....

Glyniss_McMasters nods.....tipping the water out of her stetson before slapping it on her mop of hair....stepping closer now to Flash....she begins softly humming.....very low....a barely heard soft whispering hum....the notes just hanging on the breeze before melting to nothing....the trees around rustles a little....a very gentle whirlpool of leaves and ground debrie dancing in circles.

Flash_Guardian seems to relax slightly at the sound of Glyniss's voice ...

AyakoSaoriSouma watches them and blinks as she stops where she was and just stares. What in the hell is going on over there? She knew it was rude to stare but the three of them just seemed to catch her eyes.

Glyniss_McMasters closes her eyes as her finger tips alone trace lightly over his neck......almost letting herself feel his wound....those close by will feel light touches over their faces by the sudden breeze that had arrived....carressing each like a mother with their child...

[Glyniss_McMasters whispers to Flash_Guardian] (( he should feel his neck tingle just the barest.....a slight warmth before feeling the pain recede and renew itself....as the wound begins to heal))

Flash_Guardian breathes in deeply, his eyes now closed and smiling pleasantly, his pain long forgotten.

Kade crosses his arms over his chest and waits quietly.

Glyniss_McMasters continues to hum such a gentle haunting tune til she feels what she's doing working....lettiing her instints know when to step away...her work done

Flash_Guardian eventually opens his eyes, bringing a hand up to his neck tentatively, prodding the injured spot with his fingertips with care and smiling as he feels no pain. He quickly brings himself to a standing position and wraps an arm around Glyniss. "Thank you," he says appreciatively.

AyakoSaoriSouma tilts her head to the side with a bit of curious on her face. She sat down close by and kept her eyes upon them. She crosses her arms over her chest and legs wrapped around. She continues to watch them knowing sooner or later she will be seen.

Glyniss_McMasters smiles....hugging Flash..." Yer welcom'..." looking over to Kade back to him...." I' kind' sorr' bu' I go' ter shoo'....jus' gla' ter hel' yer..." turning now....she limps off...

PhorenNarqu had finally reappeared. And he was obviously pissed off. Really pissed off. Possibly because he had had a massive hole in his stomach, or because said hole ruined his shirt. He liked that shirt, and he only had two. Now he only had one.

Glyniss_McMasters hums softly as she follows the dirtpath towards the her room in some seedy motel

Flash_Guardian yawns and stretches, looking thoroughly satisfied. "Recruited some help for my temple, had a good spar, got healed by a pretty lady ... all that's left for me is a good night's sleep. G'night, Kade," he says, waving to the man and heading off into the woods.

Yahweh appears in all his celestial glory as a big....kinda....ball of...energy looking thing... Why was he here? Who knows? He's God. Who're you to argue?

PhorenNarqu dissapeared oncemore when he he lost sight of Flash

Kade tosses Flash his shirt, "Later."
