[Flash_Guardian ] Against the sides of the tall cliffs high above, a lone figure clad in reds and whites can be seen making his way up the face of the tall pillar of rock to reach its peak some three hundred feet above ground level. The occasional sounds of stone clattering against stone can be heard as bits of rock tumble down its side to the ground far far below. This mysterious climber continues on without ropes to support, and yet is perfectly sure handed and footed.

Flash_Guardian quickly brings a hand up over the top, letting out a difficult grunt as he hauls himself up and over the edge, feet scrambling for a moment across the stone, the sounds of his efforts carried down to the ground below. He rolls back up to his feet, dusting himself off as he looks all around at the surrounding countryside ... so much to see from even so small of a height. He takes a moment to gaze upon such slendor and admire, lips curling into a smile.

Princess~Siara wanders towards the cliff bottom, it was so open and free out here, a million miles of space to spread her thoughts, but still they jumbled in her head, trapped and all fighting to get out at once. Beyond her thoughts she hears a noise, the sound of rocks hitting the ground, as she squints her eyes up at the rockface, desperately trying to see something....

Flash_Guardian stands high atop the cliff, red cape trailing away behind him in the powerful breezes that blow high up in the air. His hands are on his hips, mirth and wonder on his face as his spiky red hair gets whipped about in the breeze. He is the perfect image of a watcher, peaceful and protective. And then, without warning, he pulls his arms tightly about his chest ... and vanishes.

Mala slides her orange tinted shades back over her eyes as she makes her way past the relative shade provided by the scarce growth of trees so near the bottom of the cliffside. She didn't much care for sunlight, but she did enjoy the occasional wander through the open wilds. And, what better a time to wander in unknown territory than by the light of day?

Princess~Siara shields the sun from her eyes with her hand, still searching high up the cliffs for the cause of the falling rocks. Finally her eyes lock upon a man, standing upon the rocky cliff edge, almost posing, superhero style with a cape and all. As a slight smile inches it's way onto her face as she stares up at him, a little bewildered but happy for the distraction from her thoughts, and then...'huh'....he was gone. Her hand slipped away from her forehead, eyes searching madly about the cliff edge.

[Flash_Guardian ] At first it is just on the edges of the hearing of all those below, almost blending in with the piercing howls of the high winds itself ... but as time passes it seems to grow in volume as a blur of red and white can be seen high up in the air amongst the clouds ... the figure from the cliffs. Flash howls with a powerful surge of delight to feel the wind rushing past and the ground rushing back to meet him ... a feeling that he has been deprived of for too long now. Arms quickly whip out to his sides and his cape fills with wind like a sail. Now with practiced movements, he pulls his arms back and pulls out of his barrelling dive to glide slowly along through the air, dipping and turning this way and that, moving about in lazy circles and simply enjoying himself.

Princess~Siara giggles a little to herself as once again she spies the figure, now high in the sky, soaring down towards her, no parachute, but obviously seemed to have no trouble flying, or at least looking like he knew what he was doing. Shielding her eyes with her hand once again, she continues to watch him, thinking how free he must feel, the wind rushing past his body, nothing but air and clouds and sky to get lost in forever.

Mala turns her attention to the sky as something particularly peculiar flashes across her perifrial vision. That's odd... She frowns as she thinks to herself.

Flash_Guardian continues to whirl and dive, dancing in the sky. At one point, he hurls his arms forward, tucking his arms about his knees in a backward flip once, twice, three times before pulling back out of the dive again at high velocity. "WHOOOO!!" He is nearing the ground and the trees below now ... and though his cape does much to slow his fall, it would not seem to be enough. He hauls himself back to descend rather sharply at an angle, heading back towards the face of the cliff. Just before reaching its surface, he whips his arms back, bring his feet out to make contact with the cliffside before him. Those tabi ninja boots make contact quickly and stick, then begin to slide downward. Flash's hands are also brought into play, finding various handholds and places to grab and half pushing half striking them as best he can as he slides down the rest of the cliff to the ground, tumbling to one side and rolling for a ways until he springs back out of his ball, legs apart as a fist whips through the air excitedly

Flash_Guardian lands, puts his hands to his knees, and now pauses to catch his breath, noting the presence of two others nearby but not yet able to acknowledge them.

Mala makes her way closer to the edge of the cliff. She peers over the rims of her shades with her green and gold eye. "Well, that was certainly something.."

Princess~Siara watches at the caped super...man, soars from the sky and down the edge of the cliff to the ground. Slowly she makes her way toward him, wondering what kind of person or...thing could do such a thing, her head tilted a little in intrigue and an amazed smile crossing her face, her mouth agape.

Omenis puases opulent eyes gazing about the area slowly taking in yet another place she has not been....another new exciting place. Her hands clasps one on top of the other lightly as her head moves slightly as she takes in the details...a soft smile upon her lips as she nearly always has head tilting a little as her gaze slowly takes in the width and height of the cliffs....head suddenly tilting a little as she wonders what they are before she catches sight of others drawn to this place.

Flash_Guardian decides that his exhaustion is too much even for him to stand, and promptly slumps over sideways on the ground. He's completely worn out for the moment, but the smile on his face tells you that, at least in his mind, his aerial fun was well worth the effort. Eyes dart from Mala to Siara each in turn, yet his breathing is almost too much for him to reply just yet. And still he tries. "Kids ... don't ... try ... at home." Flash rolls onto his back and closes his eyes, arms and legs sprawled out upon comfortable green grass and bright red cape.

Princess~Siara realises as she gets closer to the man, now lying sprawled on the grass, that she knows exactly who it is. "Flash.....what on earth are you doing out here?" a slight excitement and wonder about her voice.

Omenis head tilts as it is wont to do at certain times.....her gaze now upon those others here...moving tentively towards them not really wishing to intrude upon anything...closer and closer...head turning only once to watch a flock of birds suddenly taking flight something that always fasintes her since her own flying experince

Flash_Guardian does something between laughign and gasping for breath, eyes closed and smiling broadly in joy. "Flying," he answers Siara happily. And then his eyes turn to another whom he knows by the name of Omenis. Flash now looks to the others in curiousity, asking a return question of Siara with but a single word. "You?"

Mala spares a glace for Siara, but keeps the majority of her attention the strange man with the red cap; he was certainly a curiosity to be taken note of, if nothing else.

Princess~Siara giggled to him "Well, I personally would have chosen a better welcoming sentence..." her giggling continues "...but yes flash, It's me." continuing closer to him, now standing over him, her shadow blocking the sun from across his face.

Rha'Zhakhar watches from the shadows, tentacles lashing about and writhing in the darkness. The dark cover provided an excellent chance to spy on Siara, its thrall as well as those of more hostile intent, namely the intelligent but still filthy scummy surface worlder, Flash. Watching them all interact, learning of their true natures. Learning and watching, Rha kept sure to note what was going on, the presense he had was dual in nature, firstly to spy of Flash and secondly and not any less important, maybe more so important was to watch over the thrall, Siara and ensure she was safe and happy

Flash_Guardian shakes his head where he lays upon the grass at the foot of the high cliff as Siara stands over him, thankful for the shade she is providing him. "No ... no ... not what I meant," he says, still gasping just a little. "I mean what are ... what are you doing ... out here?" Flash looks to Omenis, just smiling as he watches her reaction to the birds nearby and remembering their own flying escapade some time ago. Flash already has an idea why Omenis would be here ... but as for the other two women that he can see, he has no clue.

Omenis turns as she finishes watching the birds flight.....and progresses further closer to the group.....two females and....she thinks thats a male upon the ground...head coming up as her brows knit slightly...there was that feeling she had felt before....stopping as she looks about not able to id the sense yet feel it she does...and it was not right...opulent eyes gaze more intently over the idea ...the feeling washing over her in waves

[Omenis ] area not idea....geez

Mala pushes her glasses back up the bridge of her nose and glances back to the shadows from wence she had come. It wasn't so much the way her skin crawled at the feeling of being watched that bothered her; she could have sworn she was alone in that wood not a moment ago. Strange.. With a faint shrug she retruns her mismatched gaze to the odd pair before her.

Princess~Siara smiled at Flash "Oh.....I was just thinking....about.....stuff" She made a point of not mentioning that she had returned to her master, after all he had fought so hard to give her a chance, and a choice, she wouldn't dare cast that back upon him.

Flash_Guardian watches the others around him curiously. Apparently they see something that he does not from his prone position. He frowns, pulling himself up to rest upon his elbows as he gazes out into the shadowy woods nearby to see what they are seeing ... but at length, he gives up and returns his attentions to the others. "Well, I suppose this is as good a place to think as any." To the young woman in blue, Flash at last calls to her, seeking her attention. "Omenis? How are you?" Flash also gives a more neutral smile to the unknown woman with the glasses, nodding his head formally. "Madam."

Omenis tilts her head a little gazing towards Rha's general direction her brows deepening in their frown...her interest in the small group somewhat forgotten in this new wash of feelings.....she had felt the same at the shop....but still....head coming up and sanpping around from whence she had been looking at the sound of her name being called....a voice she recognised....her smile having slightly diminished now burst into being like the brightness of the sun ...as now her body turns ....her feet quickening as she runs towards Flash..

Mala returns his nod with a much more curt one of her own after raising a brow at the suprising formality. "Sir," she says, her voice less than demure but far from tart. She hadn't quite pinned down her feelings on this odd even yet. After all, it's not every day you see a strange man in a red cape soaring about in the sky only to climb down to the bottom of a rather high cliff.

Princess~Siara stepped back from Flash as the young woman approached him enthusiastically. her eyes averting about the cliff bottom and her surroundings, giving the pair, who obviously were well acquainted, time to catch up. She wanders away slightly, off on her own, staring and beginning to once again sift through her thoughts, off in a world of her own.

Cannon comes skimming out of the forest with a spin, whirling into a backwards skating motion reminiscent of a figure-skater. He whirls to a stop near flash with a spin, and seems to genuinely look excited. "Flash! Hey Flash! Its working..... Not much time now. Intercept in a matter of minutes I suspect!"

Flash_Guardian watches Omenis break into a run, his own smile broadening and laughing pleasantly. "By the gods, Omenis ... how long has it been since we last talked?" Flash snaps his head back towards the group as he is reminded of something. "Terribly sorry. Siara, this is Omenis. Omenis, meet Siara." Lastly he looks to the unknown person. "You can call me Flash." Now that that's out of the way, Flash chooses to flop himself back down upon the ground. But before Siara can get far, Flash speaks in her direction cheerily. "Don't wander far! I was hoping we could chat for a bit? You know ..." Flash pauses, and his voice seems to lose a bit of that cheery side, replaced with subtle concern. "Catch up on how you've been doing?"

Heyuka_Seisioko Falls form the sky hitting the ground,as he hits the ground the earth shakes and caves in all around him.Starts to stand up his blade hits right next to him,his hair frolics in the air casting a shadow on his face.STands up fully putting his hand on the blades handle taking a step forward as the ground caves in more.Seaths his blade up after pullingit all the way out as he keeps walking off.Scans the room for somewhere to sit as he sighs resting his shoulders.

Cannon hesitates, remembering something. "Erm. Perhaps you don't necessarily need to know though. I've got it under control now I think. You should be able to watch though. This shall be my freedom, and whether the world knows it or not, the stabilising of existence!"

[Heyuka_Seisioko ] Falls form the sky hitting the ground,as he hits the ground the earth shakes and caves in all around him.Starts to stand up his blade hits right next to him,his hair frolics in the air casting a shadow on his face.STands up fully putting his hand on the blades handle taking a step forward as the ground caves in more.Seaths his blade up after pullingit all the way out as he keeps walking off.Scans the room for somewhere to sit as he sighs resting his shoulders.Sighs as he walks over to the one called flash as he bows before him.Letting a few words escape he bows his head," Hi there master".Stands up looking to Flash crossing his arms over his chest grinning," I'm ready for the training to star.

Mala nods sagely as she absently shifts her green coat. "Pleased to meet you Flash," she lets a vague smile cross her lips. "You may call me Mala."

Omenis would have laughed as she covers the last piece of space almost throwing herself at Flash as her arms wrap around him in a tight hug.....squeezing before letting the man go....to blush as she steps back the excitment of the moment had made her forget those already here as she tries to recover herself the sparkle fire dancing in her eyes as she looks around..." Hello" and nod to all those Flash indicates

Flash_Guardian perks up almost instantly as Cannon appears, floating in from nowhere it seems. "What?" Flash asks quickly. "Intercept?" Flash quickly searches his mind for a moment, but Cannon's further words explain all he needs to know. "So the outsider is finally returning home ... good work, Cannon." Flash smiles satisfactorily at Cannon. "I must say, as an ex-guardian to the Lord of Time, you've done me proud."

Mala smacks Heyuka into a color?

Cannon is probably going to ig Heyuka on principle if the white text continues.

Princess~Siara turns her head and smiles politely towards Omenis, dipping her head forward in acknowledgment. Slowly letting her eyes wander back to Flash, she nods to him, with an almost fake smile pressing onto her face. She quickly turned from him, knowing he would ask her what she had done, and her mind wizzed about as she tried to think of what she would say to him.

Cannon smirks. "It only requires one thing: that the Hamlin Beacon draw her between the designated trees... the pervasive scan-field. Once she is in there she'll be disabled and I can use the premade devices to scan and hopefully stabilise the device. . . . Ah! She approaches the island now."

Cannon gestures with both hands, making some rather complicated motions with his hands in the air. Suddenly an image manifests in the air before him, like a big viewscreen. It shows a section of Redfang Island... and one humanoid figure walking along, quite usual-looking. "Heres the view. Hmm... I'm not sure if it can all work from here. Now I mention it, precisely where is here again? I got here by tracing in on your signature."

Flash_Guardian happily embraces Omenis, wrapping his own arms about her and giving her a gentle squeeze before he lets her go. "It's good to see you," he tells her. Then, to Cannon, his voice a bit rushed by having so many to speak to, he answers quickly. "Is my presence required for this ... event?" Flash's grin sinks, as he feels he already knows the answer. After all, the fate of the world is at stake. Seems he once again has not enough time for the finer things in a life, or a bit of socializing. Unless ... "Your attention, everyone!" Flash calls back to them. "My presence is most unfortunately requested elsewhere ... an issue of the utmost importance. As such, I would like to formally invite all of you to join me at Redfang Island, where you will all be my honored guests."

Flash_Guardian turns back to Cannon quickly, speaking more softly. "You aren't sure ... well, with an issue this large, no point in taking chances. Let's go."

Cannon doesn't risk a regional scan to determine his location just yet. At this stage, even something so seemingly irrelevant as that could be his undoing. His mobile signal-cloak subroutine was a rather complex creation in itself, made soley for the purposes of being able to leave the island. The quicker he got back there to deal with things the better, and he'd know precisely where he was into the bargain.

Flash_Guardian wastes no further time in swirling his hands about in the air in front of him, trails of yellow energy wisping about in a sort of vertical whirlpool of lights and colors as a portal springs into being in varying golden hues. Flash glances around at the others briefly. "In case you don't follow ... it was good seeing you all. But I hope that you do." Flash then hurls himself through the portal, vanishing from sight. The portal continues to linger for a while ... long enough for the others in the vicinity to follow him to the island if such is their wish.

Princess~Siara hesitates as Flash invites her to the island....she just felt something was telling her not to go, that she should stay. Although she was quite a distance away, she simply whispered towards flash "I can't go" before wandering further away from him, now thinking about what was keeping her here.

Cannon steps through the portal too, a less risky option than taking his own usual means of transport. If nothing else its a demonstration that there is nothing to fear from Flash's portal.

Heyuka_Seisioko Looks over ot the others then to FLash rushing over to the portal.Stops sliding his foo tto the side stopping like a hockey player does. Then looks back the the other bowing " I hope you also come.see you Omenis".Turns around and rushes off again ashe disappears intot he portal.

Flash_Guardian gets spat out of the portal at the heart of Redfang Island, in the 500 foot wide clearing surrounded by semi-tropical forest. At the far north of the clearing rests the infamous Redfang Dojo. Across the island now, eight trails wind their way outward from the clearing in all directions for as far as the eye can see, eventually reaching the beaches of the island at their ends.

Cannon arrives through the portal, though he doesn't do much as he arrives. If anything he goes totally still and appears to be perhaps listening to something happening nearby. No more displays at this particular time. Whatever is happening is occurring out of sight, in the forest.

Heyuka_Seisioko Walks out of the otherwise of the portal looking around watching the sea,as he keeps walking a distance away form the portal.Looks around scanning trying to find out where FLash is,Looks behin him as he sees the others follow, well some of them.Grins a little turning around with ease and bows as some words pour from his lips," Welcome to my masters island i hope you like youre stay...".Turns around once more and heads off again eventually reaching a big tree and climbs it looking out for Flash and the rest.

[Heyuka_Seisioko ] * otherside

Mala glances around the clear as she steps clear of the portal. This may turn out to be quite interesting..

Unbidden already walked onto the island. There was something she forgot here when last she was around, somehow. It slips her mind at the moment, but something was forgotten, even though the mission with the squirrel and the diamond is by now long in the past. Clearly she had to return, and does so, now making her way through the trees. Something feels wrong about the whole situation though.

Flash_Guardian looks around to the others, grinning at Heyuka's words of welcome. "I was just about to get to that myself ... thanks, Heyuka." Now Flash turns to Cannon expectantly. "Soooo ... what do you need me to do?"

Heyuka_Seisioko Gvies a little grin giving a glance over to Flash," No Problem".

Cannon puts his right hand to his head, fingers branched as he seems focused absolutely on something beyond the normal senses. "She draws close to the beacon now. Just a few more steps until the pervasive stasis field. This may be the realisation of my work for many months now."

[Heyuka_Seisioko ] * gives

Cannon glances only momentarily back to Flash, distracted it seems. "Technically, I don't need you to do anything but watch closely when its underway. Things can and may still go wrong, you understand, and I realise you have capabilities in certain related fields. I trust you will help to the best of your ability should anything go awry. You'll know it if you see it........ unless of course it involves the triggering of the bomb, in which case existence as we know it will cease to be."

Unbidden pauses in uncertain hesitance. The natural sounds of the forest were familiar enough, but she had expected some sort of activity toward the island main. It makes sense enough to her that people should be doing things on the island otherwise there would be no point in coming. Still, she can't be sure that nobody is there just because of the lack of sound. Its all a little suspicious, but they don't even know she is coming back, do they?

[Heyuka_Seisioko ] .TO Flash_guradian umm so whats this /co 440000 what is this that you speak of master?

Flash_Guardian nods to Cannon. "Right. Supervise. I can do that." Flash raises his eyebrows once in amusement, turning back to regard the newcomer to Redfang. "Let's see ... Mala, was it? This ..." Flash makes a sweeping gesture with his hand that takes in all of their surroundings, "... this is Redfang Island. The building you see just north of here is Redfang Dojo, where I and several others make their home and practice the arts of combat. It's a place of sanctuary as well, for those in need of rest and aid." Flash must have only now realized that Omenis and Siara would not be joining him, as a slight sadness graces his face. He does his best to keep it from Mala, however.

Cannon turns his attention back to the individual he is tracking. The target hesitated momentarily, but things are running smoothly again now. Just a few more steps.

Unbidden walks forward. As usual, her every movement is silent in and of its nature. She moves unseen and unheard as a matter of course. That counts for nothing though as she steps between two particular trees. There is a flicker of light about the nearby area and she collapses, unconscious to the ground.

Flash_Guardian twitches suddenly, as if reacting to some unseen prodding at his mind. "Whoa ... Cannon, whatever you're hoping for, I think it just happened."

Cannon lowers his hand. Without warning there is a bursting wave of heat that rushes out from his position as he hovers up from the ground and then skims off toward the nearby forest with a steadily receding hum. Arriving with a somewhat lighter rustling of the nearby plantlife, he arrives at where he set his trap for the rigged woman. Sure enough, there she is, the first time it seems he has actually seen her in person. Whether this works or not, it should be the last time too. Gently he approaches, reaches down and picks her up. With that he turns and returns with her over toward where the others were. He places down his captive on the ground, then kneels beside her and starts gesturing strangely at the air above her. The flickers of green begin.

Mala lifts a brow a fraction of an inch as she hears the last phrase exit Cannon's mouth. But she doesn't have a moment to ponder his ominous words as Flash speaks to her. She nod and smiles cordially in retun. "Quite lovely I'm sure.."

[Heyuka_Seisioko ] brb pl

Unbidden lies there, unmoving, barely breathing. She is still alive though, for the moment she ceases to be will be the last moment.

Flash_Guardian nods once to Mala. "That's really the whole story ... well, it's the short version, anyway. Make yourself at home. I'll be happy to escort you back, if you have somewhere else to be. Just ask. If not, there's also a land bridge you can take to reach the mainland. Of course it's submerged by the tide half the time ..." Flash shrugs helplessly, then looks back to the woman from before as she is laid at his feet and Cannon begins his work. "Hey," he verbally prods Cannon. "Would a field of antimagic help out in any way? You above all people would know how well magic and hi-tech mix ... perhaps I can cut out any magic interference for you."

Cannon watches the display before him, rapt with intent focus on the rapid happenings demonstrated by circuits of bizarre green light shown in the air before him. Lines flicker and appear some places, vanishing other places, numbers flickering across it all at random angles. Somewhere in the midst of this there is the more recognisable display of a humanoid outline: that of the woman on the ground. The display indicates some sort of abstract shape inside her, something which is difficult to determine as if it wasn't actually meant to be: a shape which the eyes deem as impossible and yet somehow it is represented there, inside her.

Cannon doesn't even look up as he replies: "It may help, yes thankyou. I'm not expecting any magical interference in the process, but it is a distinct possibility, and no such possibilities should be negated. Incidentally.... Paradox bomb located. I'm now determining the precise processing routine, i.e. the precise paradoxical level on which it functions and its full nature."

Flash_Guardian brings his hands up to prepare one of his more recent magical abilities that he has discovered, in light of those he lost when he fell from his deity's grace. He whistles lowly, staring wide eyed at the odd shape shown on the display. "That's a doozy you've got there, Cannon. She does good work ... would make Chen proud. Or wouldn't, rather ... Chen's never been fond of completely obliterating his precious timestream with a paradox bomb or other temporally hazardous device." Flash pauses now, turning to look at Mala with a look on his face as if nothing happening currently is out of the ordinary. "So ... you get around and see the world much?" Flash does not wait for his answer before he moves his hands in more rigidly square patterns, hands moving and stopping as fingers pausing in several distinct places, then Flash spreads his arms out wide. To those not really accustomed to the sense of magic, not much would be felt or even seen as a result of Flash's work ...

[Flash_Guardian ] ... however the effect it has on all surrounding magic is quite clear, as all spells, enchantments, magical items, supernatural abilities, or anything else that relies on spellcraft or the arcane is temporarily suppressed to the point of being non-functional.

Cannon frowns a little as he continues gesturing at the display, various lines in the green matrix realigning themselves, the impossible shape in the humanoid outline seeming to reform itself slightly. "Multiple levels of paradoxical nature. Its a selfing routine though. Its levels of paradox seem to be changing and evading logical determination. Its an irrational number. This is a most complicated system, and I was not aware that She was capable of quite this level of antithesis nesting. It shouldn't be too much of a problem though. It may take a bit longer, but I think I can crack this."

[Flash_Guardian ] That done, Flash calls back to Heyuka from where he sits high up in his tree. "You taking notes, Heyuka-san? Might be a quiz later ... or a sparring match with yours truly."

[Mala ] "I'll find my own way," she says around a vague smile, while quite obviously averting her gaze from Cannon and the strange woman laying on the ground. "Oh, I venter out every now and again.. mostly I keep to my book."

Fx 's minds eye is gone from here in an instant. Like blinking its focus is averted and left to another plane or source.

Flash_Guardian offers a bit of helpful advice to Cannon. "This thing works on a clock, you remember ... time may actually be a mechanism in its algorithms. After all, time brings change. Perhaps if you can access the clock worked into the system and align it with your decompiling subroutines, you might get a clearer picture of things."

Cannon continues his gesturing, going quiet for awhile. Still the lines reshape themselves, certain of them connecting up together to form some kind of circuits. Its difficult to determine, since even to look at the shape in the middle causes the mind to readjust what it is seeing. Bit by bit though, the 'shape' represented seems to be redesigning itself into a more logical and entirely more possible design. This seems to be representative of Cannon stabilising the paradox bomb into a state of theoretical possibility. As is relatively clear if you can follow the happenings through the display though, its a competitive process now. The device seems to be trying to undo Cannon's work even as he is doing it. His advantage over it is marginal at best.

Heyuka_Seisioko Looks down to Flash as he returns looking down from the tree grinning,SIghs a little after that as he raises a hand a she thinks of a warm place and keeps thinking more and more of the elements.Holds his hand up more as a brigh flash appears and then a spark going into a flame.Puts his hand in place next to his chest feeling the warmth from the fireball,Feels his emotions rise as he think sof other and hes family as the fireball gorws but with anger as the fireball turns black, the ball gets big enoff and black enoff.Thrusts his arm forward as the ball spins in a cyclone way soaring and whisping throught the air towards Flash, hopefully it misses as the cycloned ball snaps some of the other trees down as it rushes over to Flash.

[Flash_Guardian ] "Ahh, books," Flash says aloud with a bit of longing, turning his mind away from the rather complex situation. "Something I actually wish the dojo had more of. Indeed, there isn't much there to see besides empty rooms and standing walls ... we have a few tables and chairs, and bedrolls for sleeping, but it isn't much."

Unbidden 's eyes flicker, but even the movement of her breathing is impossible to see now.

Mala doesn't bother to correct him on the plural; after all, she had a liabrary with her in a fashion. "I supose that would make this place feel slightly incomplete.. what is a place of learning and respite without at least a modest librairy?"

Flash_Guardian doesn't even have to move ... once the spell reaches within ten feet of him, the previously conjured and highly potent field of antimagic surrounding him simply suppresses it and it ceases to be for a time. Flash must have noticed, however, as he turns his attentions briefly back up to the high treetop. "Lesson learned," Flash simply says, apparently thinking that Heyuka merely was attempting to test the strength of Flash's barrier.

Cannon replies, rather randomly and a little late: "I don't think its strictly time-linked in its triggering mechanism, though partially in its nature I've found already. Its triggering mechanism is linked to significant chemi-ionic fluctuation in her neural ..." At that point he is cut off, his eyes opening wider. The shape amidst the outline is suddenly undoing itself, quickly reversing any kind of sense. His fingers move more quickly, but its doing little to help at this stage. "What the? Her lifeforce seems to have ended. This shouldn't have happened. She must have had some kind of suicide mechanism or something in effect, but I didn't detect anything of the sort. Damn it! Flash, can you revive her? Quickly!"

Flash_Guardian nods his head exasperatedly to Mala. "Tell me about it! You have no idea how frustrating it is trying to teach people without an adequate supply of resources!" Flash shakes his head, quite upset over the matter. "But, like many other things, I'm afraid it will have to wait. I can't even finish construction of the other buildings until I can get some more ..." Flash stops his sentence there, not wanting to continue. Thankfully, he is distracted by Cannon's urgings. "WHAT?!!" Flash quickly drops to his knees, steadying himself with a pair of quick breaths before a deep inhale. Closing his eyes, he raises his hands to the air in front of him slowly as they begin to take on an outline of white. His hands now begin searching for something nearby, his spirit reaching out to find the woman's departing soul, if it is still nearby, and attempt to keep it from leaving the woman's body entirely.

Cannon is rapidly trying to counter the changes as they happen. He seems to be fighting a losing battle now, but the process is slowed at least. Uncertain of what Flash is trying to do he blurts out: "CPR! No magic needed. Try CPR!" ... At this point he looks up to the sky, and for just an instant the process seems to quicken up as he hesitates and utters something rather strange: "I'm not getting any signal from Her ... She isn't there!"

Mala follow's Flash's move to Cannon's side with a lift of an eyebrow. She wonder what he had almost said to her, but brushes the thought aside as she allows her attention to actually focus on Cannon and the woman on the ground. "Hmm.."

Heyuka_Seisioko Jumps down form the tree his knee landing on the ground with a fist next to it,as he other leg was up and his other arm resting on it.Lifts his head standing up walking over to Flash as he holds anotherflame then throws it in the air as everything slows down a little,Quickly jumps in the air unseathing his blade as he loosk to the flame, the flame turns black no more warm but cold like steel.Grins slightly as he pulls the blade thrusting it over his back then thrusts it forward as a black curved energy slash heads for Flash,As he watches the blade slash go to Flash he takes the flame and hits it to the slash,As it hits the slash energy it fuses with it as he yells out a word or two," Hair Flame".The slash becomes a little bigger as the flame folds over the slash. It almost reaches Flash as Heyuka thrust his blade forward once more as another slash comes right behind it hitting it making a large X,he notices what flash is doing after he gets done doinghis attack rushes trying to out run the X.

Cannon looks back to the display, redoubling his efforts to counter the changes of the paradox bomb. Its painful even to look at the display now.

Flash_Guardian sightlessly brings his hands to the sides of the woman's face, opening her mouth and bringing his lips down to hers, breathing the breath of life into her lungs. His hands now move to her chest, still keeping his eyes closed as he places one atop the other firmly upon her ribcage. Don't have to be a demi-god to know CPR ... any joe or jane worth half their salt can do it. "One ... two ... three ... four ... five ..." Another breath is propelled into her lungs, and the process is repeated, Flash's hands still holding that white glow. "One ... two ... three ... four ... FIVE ..." On five, Flash released the chi energy he had called upon earlier, releasing the healing force into the woman. What effect does this hopefully have? In layman's terms, it would hopefully bring her back to life. In more scientific terms, it would be a lifegiving pulse to rekindle and reawaken a recently stilled form ... like a jolt through the heart to start it beating again.

Unbidden 's appears to be distorting now. Its like there are two or more realities trying to coexist there now, reality flickering around her. Flash's hands would momentarily start to sink in as if she had become liquid, then be displaced out again. Strange things are happening now.

[Mala ] "Do you really need her to be in that body to stop whatever it is that your trying to stop?"

Heyuka_Seisioko Rushes up to the X,taking a side step to it then hits the X down as the ground around him and the x collapes around him, caving in he looks to Flash then to the ground as the X explodes and Heyuka is sent flying back hitting a tree..Slides down the tree sighing looking over to Flash realizing what he just almost did....

Cannon snaps a brief "Yes!" to Mala. He continues his work. Sure enough though, the woman's pulse seems to start up again, and suddenly the expansion of the paradox bomb appears to slow dramatically, allowing Cannon to take control again. He seems somewhat relieved, but continues to work frantically to reform the shape in the middle back into a shape thats at least moderately believable.

Cannon gives another frown at this point. He moves his right hand upward and a little to one side. Alongside the display that is now slowly realigning itself to a realistic shaping, another array of green lines seems to have come up, smaller than the first. Cannon puts most of his focus on this smaller display now, keying in his commands to this one as his left hand continues to deal with the paradox bomb. He seems more concerned all the time at this new display, his eyes narrowing in curious suspicion. Things most heinously are not as they seem here.

Flash_Guardian does his best to focus around the combative actions of Heyuka in the background ... there are far more important things at stake at the moment. "You've got to take what's there and imagine something as similar as possible, yet actually works!" Flash calls back to Cannon. "Reality wasn't like that before, it was bent into that shape on purpose. Try to see it the way that it was ... then write it thusly. Stick with the situations that are always true and cannot be unwritten ... tautalogy, Cannon. Get one laid in place, and it should theoretically cause a chain reaction and stabilize the whole matrix!" Flash keeps calling out whatever he thinks may be helpful, just hoping that he's not overworking Cannon's already stressed mind.

Flash_Guardian also calls down to the woman, uncertain if Flash himself can hear her. "Just hold still a moment longer ... something is dreadfully wrong, and we are attempting to fix things."

Cannon stops quite suddenly. Just like that, he takes his hands away from the air before him. The smaller display flickers and vanishes, though the larger one remains. He just looks at it, watching as his work undoes itself, watching this supposed paradox bomb unravel itself toward destruction. His expression is just a frown now, disgruntled. He looks to the sky once more before turning to Flash. "It doesn't matter. Step away from her please. I've figured it out now."

[Mala ] "Hmmm..." she takes a few steps back and angles her head to observe the proceedings better. I certainly hope the book is catching all of this..

Heyuka_Seisioko Riases form the blast walking back over to Flash as he approaches flash glancing over to cannon,he looks down to the female tilting his head puzzled.

[Heyuka_Seisioko ] * Raises

Flash_Guardian does as he is told, staring back at the evershifting display as he himself tries to rationalize what is happening. "Left into ... no, that's not ... it should be ... Jester's bells! This would be so much easier if I still had my ring!" Flash starts to rub his hands nervously, biting his lip. To Heyuka and the others, he gives them a half-grin. "Don't worry! Nothing to worry about ... just the end of the world ... everything's under control ..."

Cannon gestures with one hand, and the display vanishes completely. He gets to his feet and watches the woman lying on the ground now.

Unbidden 's body seems to start realigning itself as before now. It flickers starting from the centre then moving outward, lines readjusting themselves randomly, things seeming as though they're breaking apart and occupying various levels of reality at once. Curiously, it doesn't seem to effect any further than the limits of her body just yet.

Mala looks to Flash oddly enough undisturbed, "Oh.. That again?"

Heyuka_Seisioko Puts his hand on Flash's shoulder as he looks down to the strange female again, even though he doesnt know the stranger he still worries about the words that Flash said.Replies," Dont be so hard on your self...".Looks to him then to everyone else

Cannon starts to laugh at this point. It looks like he has totally lost it. "And I don't even know now whether any of it really worked or not! The dampening fields, the stealth sensors, the Hamlin Beacon, the stasis field. I could have been led through it all. If I even get the chance I'll have to test everything all over again, but then I don't even need it now! Haha!"

Flash_Guardian nods at Mala's words, her undisturbed reaction apparently lost on him as it is one that he in fact shares. "Yes, again , unfortunately." Wow, he almost sounds as if he speaks from experience ... at Heyuka's comforting words, Flash seems to relax just a little, grinning at him. "Yeah, I'm sure you're right. Who knows? Maybe it'll all end up being some surprise ending where the paradox bomb actually turns in on itself and disappears ... after all, in reality no such thing should exist. And who are you going to believe? Reality, or some kind of bomb?"

Cannon just looks at Flash, like he doesn't want to watch what happens now. He knows what is occurring already.

[Mala ] "Hmm.." she pulls the Green Book from a pocket of her coat and flips through a few pages absently. "I don't suppose you know how long it'll take for the world to end? It really helps to know that if you want to find where it begins again.."

Unbidden 's bodily detangling seems to come to a stop at the point where she cannot be recognised any more. At this point, the entire process seems to fold in on itself and start recompressing. It appears to be rapidly remaking her body again, but it becomes rapidly clear that its not the same any more. The body that is being remade there isn't the same one that was disassembled but a few moments before. As the process completes itself and reality seems to stabilise out again, the woman that is left lying on the ground seems to be a totally different one to the original one that was lying there. This new apparition is a thing of inhuman perfection, pristinely aligned to the golden ratio. She seems to be the epitome of perfection, designed so absolutely 'right' that it seems unnatural to any eyes.

Unbidden slowly smiles. Her eyes flicker open and she sits up. She nods to Flash, to Mala and Heyuka, and then just looks to Cannon.

Cannon looks distinctly bemused. "Hello... mother . -_-;;"

Heyuka_Seisioko Looks to him acting surprised," Im not sure i wish i knew?,i wish i had an answer.I trully do but im not sure what to trust in here...btu if i had to choose id say it might change becuase i belivie everyone can do something else then whats suppose to happen".

Flash_Guardian answers Mala with a shake of his head. "The world ends in the same amount of time as always ... an eternity that lasts no time at all, and then all is back as soon as you blink. But everything changes then ..." Flash's eyes rise open widely ... and then, faster than you've seen him do anything ever in the past before, Flash prostrates himself before this woman without a word, his heart suddenly racing. Under his breath he mutters to himself. "The dae? But ... why her?"

Unbidden gets to her feet. Even the very act is disturbingly devoid of flaw or fault. She looks about herself, that same almost artificial-looking smile drawn across her face. When she speaks, she doesn't bother looking to anyone in particular, but its directed at Cannon. "It took you awhile. I was wondering there whether you would manage to solve it at all."

Cannon shoots a glance to Flash before looking back to her: the avatar of the Dea Ex Machina. "It was a sick trick and you know it mother. Not only that, but you know yourself that you've inhibited the process you made me for during the entire duration of this little .... 'project' of yours."

Unbidden quirks a brow analytically at her son. She doesn't seem to have paid so much as a shred of attention to the others since her initial nod. "Calm yourself son. I taught you better manners than this. You had to be tested, and thats all there was to it. Anything less would have been an insult to your ability. As it happens, you succeeded in your task, though the pass was but a close one. You solved my little riddle adequately, and are worthy to continue in this world."

Flash_Guardian is half tempted to tell the others to kneel or something similar to what he is doing, but they'll either find out for themselves or they won't. So long as neither of them does anything stupid for the moment, things will all be fine.

Cannon blinks a few times, seeming annoyed at the very least. He becomes totally aggressive at the last comment though. "Worthy to continue? Just what are you suggesting? You created me to perform but a simple task, and you thought I might not be able to perform it?"

Mala absently nods her head as she turns the page of her book yet again.

Heyuka_Seisioko Looks to flash removing his hand form his shoulder kneeing down to the female,Lowers his hand then his head giving his silence.

[Unbidden ] "On the contrary, Cannon. You perform the task I designed you for adequately . My test was to determine whether you had surpassed those basic functions that I created you with. You did.... and hence I don't need to create a .... mark 2 model. You should be pleased."

Cannon bares his teeth. This is too much. His skin flickers to white about the fingertips and he dashes at the woman before him, striking repeatedly in such rapid motion that the others might have difficulty following. Goddess of Technology or not, he would wipe that arrogant expression from her face.

Flash_Guardian winces at Cannon's attack upon his 'mother'. "Ohhh ... not good ..."

Unbidden shifts back. Its not so much a step as she simply ceases to be where she was and arrives where she would be, back a few steps. Her son's motions come at her almost sluggishly compared to her own move, each raging strike batted aside with a single flowing movement of her right arm as if it were nothing but an insect, a bug to be swatted aside. Inbetween this she gestures with one hand, making a minor readjustment to the spacetime continuum to alter numerous interstellar explosions throughout history so that the resultant forces happen to collide in one spot at one time, that being her own son right before her. Amidst his attempted assault he is blasted back with rediculous force, becoming a flicker of motion as he crashes back to the ground and grinds to a halt across the ground. Alsi lowers her hand again.

Heyuka_Seisioko Starts to stand as he watches Cannon As he stands he thrusts his foot to Cannon, hoping cannon would run into it.Heyuka grins if he misses spins around jumpsing up thrusting hif foot to him again,As he spins he looks to Flash;s mother then to cannon." Are you a fool".

[Heyuka_Seisioko ] * Flahs's

[Heyuka_Seisioko ] * Flash's

Flash_Guardian seems to crawl back from the combat just a step or two. "Oh, it gets better ... Heyuka! Leave it alone!"

Jadel stands in the shadows and watches with interest!

Mala glances up to peer over the rim of her orange tinted glasses, yet she seems to be taking all of the happenings in her own abstract sort of stride. "Hmm.."

Cannon , a living weapon, is all the same nothing but a puppet before the forces that stop him. The attempt was futile from the outset, but the effort had to be made. He is strong enough to survive it at least, and although battered with the most bizarre and unpredicted force he struggles back to his feet, calling over: "Mother! Its not right to just toy with lives like that, throwing this world around like its your personal plaything. There is more to existence than falls within your grasp, within your ken even. You can know all and everything, but you cannot understand it all. Please... remember back to what you used to be. At least simulate some sort of compassion!"

Heyuka_Seisioko Takes a few steps back as well leaning torwards Flash's words.

Unbidden seems to consider the words. In her own way she knew them before they were even coming. Slowly she starts to walk toward Cannon, talking as she does so. "Son, I realise that the organic nature of your creation has taken its toll on you. It is as much your strength as it is your weakness. That is what makes you precious to me. Remember though, concerning yourself with the fate of this world alone is futile." . . . At this point there is a strange feeling of change. The world about her, from the places where her feet fall right to the other side of the planet in fact, for just a few moments change. All at once the world is one huge machine, trees of steel covered in circuitry, metallic grass bending beneath her feet on microhinges. All becomes an impossible design, a robotic synthesis of a natural form, and it always has been, always will be... this is normal. Yet just as quickly, reality switches back to the way it was, no longer Alsi's world but Gaea's world again, and once again it always has been.

Flash_Guardian mutters under his breath to Heyuka as his pupil follows him back away. "Do the words Dae ex Machina mean anything to you?" he says in a low voice, though Mala and the others may indeed pick it up anyway. "Goddess in the machine. You are in the presence of a deity and her creation, her 'child.' Be respectful." Flash's primary concerns at the moment are for the safety of his island and its occupants.

Heyuka_Seisioko loosk to him then to the Dae ex Machina" no it doesnt what does it to master",looking to the his master then back to the female.

[Heyuka_Seisioko ] * Do

Unbidden continues. "Realise again what you were made for, Cannon. You weren't just made to supply power to me. You were made to drain it from this bloated and corrupted world. To be the element of its purification was your purpose Son. In a manner of speaking, this world is merely my plaything, but there will be little known harm in its processing. Whatever I do to this world, it is merely to cleanse it and heal it, for I am of it originally and owe it that much. . ." She arrives right in front of Cannon now. "Don't worry yourself son. I have things under control. You passed your test, and I promise I won't give you another like it for the rest of time."

Cannon stays quiet and frowns at her, but he says nothing in return for quite some time. He simply looks away as she waits for him to talk.

Unbidden smiles a little at her son's non-response. It doesn't matter. "I know what you're thinking Son. I've known all along. It is good to know you can forgive me at least."

Flash_Guardian continues his silent explanations. "As much as I would call myself a master of my art, I would still know my place. You would do well to know that I myself served under a god much like the woman you see before you for countless years. Gods and goddesses are not to be trifled with, nor taken lightly, while you find yourselves within their influence."

Unbidden just vanishes. All that is left is the thought that she may be back, some other time perhaps.

Heyuka_Seisioko just stands there watching her leave then loosk to flash," i agree, yet why did he try to kill her when he knows he cant kill her of so many chances".

Flash_Guardian can't help but rise after the woman leaves, making his way over to Cannon. He pauses, as though uncertain, and then ... moves to wrap his arms around him in a genuine hug. "Congratulations."

Cannon is left standing alone. As he straightens himself out, his mother's presence returned to 'The Lab' as he expected, he looks back to Flash in the distance. There had been a trail in the dirt where he was blasted back before, yet somehow the flickering of existence had undone that mark in the ground. There wasn't even a hint that it had ever happened but in the uncertain memories of the witnesses there.

Mala absently flips another page in the Green Book. "I think it was one of those things that had to happen," she speaks to Heyuka in an offhand mannor.

Flash_Guardian offers what explanation he can to his student. "The intent was never to kill, if I'm right, Heyuka-san. Only to express feeling." Flash looks to Cannon with a proud smile. "And indeed I hope you never stop, or try to hide those emotions. For they are truer beyond any reason that any of us, even your mother, can ever know."

Heyuka_Seisioko gets up walking over to Flash and cannon " good job..i think".

[Heyuka_Seisioko ] * ))

Cannon still seems troubled as he walks back to the others. He only raises his head as he eventually approaches Flash. "I'm sorry about that. I'm sorry about all of this. I'm sure you followed the conversation, but this entire thing was just a test... to determine the extent of my ability. I'm still upset at her for doing such a thing, but she had her reasons... and no harm was done really."

Cannon sits himself down on the ground with a sigh. "Such an elaborate scheme, and I feel like such an idiot for having fallen for it. And all my defences against it were worth as nothing. I merely saw what I wanted to see... Ah... its a lesson in humility, you could say."

Flash_Guardian shrugs. "It was a bit ... how to say ... overdone. But like you said, no harm done." Flash pats Cannon on his back comfortingly, mindful of the pylons protruding from his backside. "Well Cannon ... I hate to be the one to say this, but ... nobody's perfect." Flash glances back behind him to Mala, eying the book she now holds with slight curiousity. "Everything okay?"

Mala glances up from her reading and smiles her vague smile again, "Oh, perfectly."

Cannon gives a slight shrug. "Depends if you can even define perfection. I don't think she could have even existed here much longer, with us knowing precisely who she was and all. This isn't a world for deities like her... and existence doesn't agree with her presence so blatantly. I'm sure she would have stayed longer otherwise. I'll talk with her later back at the Lab I guess. At least things are back to normal.... in as much as normal is."

Flash_Guardian inhales deeply, breathing in a very grateful breath. "And thanks to the efforts of Cannon and friends, the world is saved from imminent destruction." Flash chuckles, grinning broadly. "Brings back memories. Oh, Cannon, you make me feel young again." No sooner does Flash say this than his exhaustion seems to come back to him full force ... climbing and flying and healing and more. "Oooh ... time for a nap." With a wave of his hand, he bids the others good day and makes his way into the dojo.

Cannon nods, lowering his head. He might as well return to the Lab now. He owes his sister Ariadne an explanation of the recent happenings too. Hence does he vanish much as his mother did before him: there one moment, gone the next. No noise, no pyrotechnics... nothing.

Mala puts away the Green Book with a shrug, and since no one's really looking she parts the curtain of realities and goes back to the place from wence she came.
