Not really in the film much (again), because Austin Powers is in 1969 that means that Mustafa is alive, He attempts to kill Austin Powers in a car chase but fails, he also can't stand to be asked the same question 3 times (Why? Because "it's really annoying"). He gets "very badly hurt" from falling in a cliff.
