It only takes a few minutes to think through each sentence.
When problems arise, I ask myself...can I change this?
If I can ..I ask myself what are my options...?
Then I have to act upon the options if their are any.
When I have asked myself if I can change anything..
or do anything to change my situation & I can`t. I have to tell myself to let go of it ...And ask God to handle it.
I say Dear Lord... I can`t do anything about this...
And I am troubled..I ask you to Please take it ..
& I will not fret about it any longer..
I lay it at your feet. It is your problem now...
no longer mine, and I know you will take care of it.
I trust in you with all my heart & soul.
I love you, and know you love me also.
Thy will be done, not mine.
