| Wheeler was back in his hut sleeping after Captain Planet took him to his pad. Outside, Linka told Kwame some good news she got from Sky Runner. "Sky Runner wants us to be on his next CD! He agreed to have me play keys, Gi sing background, and Ma-Ti play the guitar." "That's great!" said Kwame. "I have an idea," Linka said. "Let's trick Wheeler! He will certainly go bonkers over that." When Wheeler got up, he decided to take Captain Planet's advice and ask the girls and Ma-Ti to join. First, he went over to Ma-Ti's pad where he's playing his Spanish acoustic guitar and singing to his pet monkey, Suchi. After the song Wheeler said, "You play great, Ma-Ti!" "Well, if it isn't Hormone Wheeler," snapped Ma-Ti. "I'm not tall enough like you to join the band or have muscles like Kwame has! I wouldn't join your band if you went on a world tour! Get lost!" "Ree-ree!" screeched Suchi. Wheeler was hurt over that. Then he heard keyboard playing coming from Linka's hut. He also heard singing as the girls sang together. He picked some flowers and then went into the hut. He offered the flowers to Linka. "Beautiful flowers for a foreign babe!" Linka used her wind power to have his flowers blown away! Then she said, "If it isn't chauvanistic Wheeler! You are afraid that I would steal the spotlight away from you." "Yeah!" Gi said. "And that we'd take over the singing. You can take your stupid boy band and shove it!" Gi used her water power and Wheeler was soaked. A few hours later, Sky Runner came by to visit the Planeteers. He was allowed to visit Hope Island. "Are you three excited to be a part of my next CD?" he asked, and they all agreed. "Perhaps we were too hard on Wheeler," said Gi, "but he needs to learn his lesson. But where is Wheeler anyway?" Ma-Ti used his heart power and found that he was near the falls. "Wheeler's going to jump at the falls and kill himself! Worse, he's in his guts swim briefs!" "See what you started, Kwame!" snapped Linka. The Planeteers and Sky Runner hopped on the Eco-Copter over to the other side of Hope Island. They spotted him on a rock ready to jump. They landed the helicopter and went over to him to talk him out of it. "I thought you guys hated me because of my boy band!" said Wheeler. "At least Kwame and Cap don't disown me, so I'll jump!" "Wheeler!" yelled Ma-Ti. "It's all a trick! Listen to Sky Runner." Sky Runner explained the whole thing to Wheeler that he was going to have the girls and Ma-Ti on his next CD. The girls and Ma-Ti apologized to Wheeler for tricking him. About a month later, Sky Runner released his new CD featuring Ma-Ti and the girls. And The Power Is Yours (Kwame, Wheeler, and Captain Planet) released their CD as well. The end. |
