Gulfport, Florida
A 14-year-old Pinellas boy found out it's a bad idea to make a random phone call to try and sell drugs and it's even worse if the person at the other end of the line is a cop.
Gulfport Police say that's what happened Sunday night when 14-year-old Shaquille McKinney dialed a wrong number, calling the home of Gulfport Police detective Matt Parks.
Parks told McKinney he had the wrong number, but before he hung up, investigators say McKinney asked the officer if he wanted to buy some drugs.
McKinney was charged with possession of Marijuana with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school.
