GOOD SLEEP HABITS, GETTING AN UNINTERRUPTED 8 HOURS, OR "FORTY WINKS" OF SLEEP EVERY NIGHT CAN HELP PREVENT OBESITY, TYPE II DIABETES, HEART DISEASE AND MOST OTHER HEALTH PROBLEMS.
TAKING THE BABY FOR A NICE LONG WALK IN THEIR BUGGY OR STROLLER, IN THE FRESH AIR BEFORE BEDTIME, WILL HELP BOTH THE BABY AND YOU GET A BETTER NIGHT'S SLEEP.
READING A GOOD BOOK BEFORE BEDTIME CAN ALSO IMPROVE SLEEP
EVEN MEN CAN STILL BENEFIT FROM RELAXING HOT BUBBLE BATH BEFORE BEDTIME.
TRY GOING OUTSIDE AT NIGHT AND CATCHING SOME FIREFLIES, AND PUTTING THEM IN A JAR WITH SOME GRASS IN IT, AND HOLES PUNCHED IN THE LID - A JAR OF FIREFLIES IN THE BEDROOM AT NIGHT MAKES A VERY NICE SOFT NIGHT LIGHT.  A LAVA LAMP IS GOOD TOO, TO HELP RELAX YOU TO SLEEP, AND ADD SOME SOFT MUSIC OR RELAXING SOUNDS TOO.
