EFFECT: This is a great revelation for a card that the spectator chooses. This trick is great because the specatator never actually tells you the card specifically, but you are still able to find the selected card in an astonishing way.
ITEMS NEEDED FOR TRICK: a normal deck of cards
SECRET SETUP AND PREFORMANCE: Have a spectator shuffle the cards as many times as he or she likes. Take the top 21 cards on the deck and deal them out one at a time in three separate piles. Ask the spectator to choose a pile. Pick up the pile and fan it out, with the faces shown to the spectator. Ask them to memorize a card. Then close the pile, and place the pile on top of one pile, placing the other on top of that. Take care not to mix the piles. With the pile containing the chosen card in the middle, re-deal the cars into separate piles. Then pick up one pile, and show it to the spectator. Ask him if the card is in it. If not, put it down and show him another pile. Repeat if necessary. When you have found the card, place the pile in the middle, taking care to not mix up the piles, and place the other two piles on the top and bottom. Repeat one more time. Then ask the audience to spell ABRACADABRA (11 Letters). For each letter, take a card off the top and lay it face down on the table. The 11th card will be the chosen one!
