      A few more stages were eliminated, but it is possible that this list may become shorter in time. The reasoning behind the eliminations were because we felt that those stages to heavily favored a specific type of setup over all others. In order to ensure the most balanced and fairest game play while also maintain the variety the designers have give us, we felt obligated (meaning we love those other stages too, but) to eliminate those stages to allow for optimal equality.

      Stages will be picked as following: After a coin toss, the winner will pick the first stage, then the loser will pick the next stage and then the final stage will be random. There maybe be some additional twists on this process, but more in detail will be coming soon.

Time Limit: 7:00

      We felt that while most matches are well under 5 mins, this would accommodate those slightly longer matches just in case. But we have to draw the line somewhere unfortunately or we may end up having 2 people dancing around with EO's for 20mins which just cannot happen.

Weapon Breaking: ON

      As far as we�ve decided the option will be left on. We feel that this will help out balance out some the problems with certain weapons.

Weapon Pick-up: ON

      We feel that there is no significant advantage to allow or remove this option. We�ve debated it heavily both for and against, and we can�t come up with a compelling reason either way. So to give the players more options we�re going to allow this option to be turned on.

ACs Allowed: 2

      Strong cases have been pled for both against and for the allowing of Multiple ACs. While many people will agree that the outcome of a match is very design heavy, there are certain aspect that allowing multiple ACs can enhance and yet make more complicated. In order to accommodate both sides of the argument, we�ve decided to allow the use of 2 ACs. You may pick and choose when to use them at your discretion, and change between them as often as you wish. Though no part changing will be allowed in this year�s tournament. ANY PART CHANGES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TOURNAMENT WILL RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION After reviewing the tape of last years event, we found many people changing parts between matches�WHILE BEING TAPED� This will not be tolerated this year.
