Wednesday, July 26. We had 20 riders (including the young ones) at the lovely home of Marc and Megan Peterson for this weeks ride. Riders on hand included Todd, Shayne, Vicki, Kaitlyn, John, Joe, Scott, Marc Peterson, Kyle, Kyle’s son, Ken Kraft, Tom, Katrina, and Bryan. We also had two new riders, Jay Deitz and Jeff Scheirer. Jay’s name sounds familiar. I believe his daughter rode with us a number of years ago. Also, Nancy captained the kiddy barge with her grandchildren along with Megan.

We rode what could be called the County Highway H and D route. Or so I am told. I never know where we are when we’re up in Phillips. Well, I would not say ever. I’m lost just some of the time. After the ride Marc and Megan proudly showed off the beautiful home. The house includes what could only be called a "sneak in-sneak out door." My hunch is that will get nailed shut when their children become teenagers.

The August 2 ride is once again being hosted by Ken Kraft. Look for the bike by the mailbox.
