Organisational flag. It is flown at the head office of the KSD in Raguza, Dalmatia, at its branch offices in the capitals of member states, and wherever KSD meetings are held.
At KSD meetings the flag of the KSD is always in the middle, higher than the other flags on display, which are the state flags of the member states arranged in ascending (Dalmatian) alphabetical order from left to right. To the right of the KSD flag is the state flag of the host nation at equal height.
