I have revised the 'day sheet' and Practice Analysis Medisoft (Focus) Reports.

 

Revisions included:

1) changing the 'With Practice Totals' reports so they run rapidly

2) adding User Code as a data selection option

3) a consistent treatment of the Insurance Takeback Adjustment procedures

4) subtotals for Charges, Receipts, and Adjustments were added to the summary section of the Practice Analysis reports.

 

Insurance Takeback Adjustments are a positive payment and treated as a payment.  This is consistent with values in User Information and Total Receipts will be the same as 'money in hand'.  Also, Total Receipts will balance with totals from the Deposit List when unapplied amounts are taken into account.

 

These reports cannot replace those in the Reports command of Medisoft but can be added to the 'Medisoft Reports' of V15 or to any Focus Reports.  These reports have a "_m1" added to their titles to minimize confusion.
