From downtown CS: Follow highway 115 south to Academy Boulevard. Take the exit to Broadmoor Bluffs Drive and proceed uphill until you reach Lambrig Way (on the left). The very next driveway is a flag lot entrance to the house. The house is not visible from Broadmoor Bluffs Drive.
