PROJECT BACKGROUND :
A group of physicians seek to improve health and welfare of underserved people by entering their activities around strategic issues such as building and developing local clinics.

On the evidence of the pre-feasability study, we have decided to go ahead with the implementation of the project. The rationale of the project is to provide high quality healthcare to populations in Togo and neighbouring countries.
OBJECTIVES :
The main components of the project are :

- Technical and economic studies
- Creation of Africa Clinics Ltd (Capital : 100.000 USD)
- Fund raising
- Site preparation an infrastructure
- Building erection and equipment
- Engineering and medical production structures
- Hospital management, information system and training programs.
Benefits are financial, economic and social.
In the 5th year of operation, the expected financial indices are :

Environmental and safety standards are included in the poject. The project utilizes locally available supplies, creates job opportunities for local peoples and generates foreign exchange earnings for the country.
