The pop up is a 90-something model Dutchmen 801. Critters took up residency during a 3-4 year period of time in which the camper was unused and just sitting in a yard.
The camper, affectionately named "Blue Taxi" for it's namesake pictured above, has several holes that have been chewed in the canvas and screens. Upon closer inspection, I noticed water damage on the roof interior caused by a leak of unknown origin. The canvas above the plastic window in this area has rotted away and will have to be replaced.
Aside from the critter damage, the interior will need a thorough cleaning, as well as repair and/or sealing of any cracks, holes or any other places that allow entry into the box.
