Are You Ready For Some Football?!
Welcome to the football page.  We're big fans around here,  experiencing withdrawal symptoms beginning in early February and lasting until Pre-Season.  Stewart is of course, a Cowboy fan.   Me?  Well, I have several faves.  I  tend to like certain players so I pull for the team they are on.  Since free-agency was implemented it is more difficult to keep up with everyone and in my old age it seems more and more of my favorite players are retiring and I am calling them my favorite "Announcers".  (Like Howie and Terry.)  I am so glad Dion decided to "shut up and put up"!  Sometimes I just like the coach like Norv Turner or "The Tuna".  Although not even the return of Joe Gibbs could possibly make me like Washington!  Then there is of course, Jon Gruden, my favorite.

Things I'd Like to See This Year
Dion Sanders run his ass off instead of run his mouth off!
The Raiders actually play Raider Ball.
Some hot, male "Twins" for a change.  (Hey, girls like football too!)
More sideline shots of Jon Gruden.
A Chicago Bears season where I can once again wear my 1986 Bears Sweater with Pride.  (sigh)
It's Superbowl Time!
Well, my favorite coach, Jon Gruden didn't coach a Superbowl team this year but once again my boy, Brady is going to the big game.  I had high hopes that the Steelers would pull it out but guess not.  Ben is, after all still a rookie quarterback.  Atlanta had their shot but couldn't suck it up so I guess it's The Patriots and The Eagles.  My other faves like Peyton Manning and Michael Vick will have to wait til next year for another shot at the big crystal trophy.
