5 Can Casseroles is created by Mitone Bennett. (That's me!) Our Kitchen Angel is one of my darling grandmothers, Virginia. For as long as I can remember I have been cooking, writing about cooking, and enjoying the fruits of my cooking! After having taught myself HTML, I decided that it would be nice to gather a group of women around a figurative kitchen table in an exchange of ideas & information. 5 Can Casseroles was born.

My birthday is December 19, 1971 in case anyone wants to send me some birthday wishes! Hehehe! I am married (July 4, 1997) to a great guy named Jason. We have 5 furry children: Willie, Jessie, Frankie (cats) & Hazard, Bobbie (dogs). They are like real kids to us! We love them very much. I work at a boring job I hate & someday hope the internet ventures I am working on will take off so I can quit my job & play with my furry children all day!

My husband drives an 18-wheeler on a local route. He also plans on trying to get on with the Highway Patrol.

I love working on my websites, meeting new people on the net, cooking, writing etc. etc.... He loves working on his 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel. We go camping when we can!
