| I was leaving a party with some of my friends one night, got into my car " ford taurus station wagon"and they got in therres. I pulled out my spot to follow them. There was a stop sign about 30 ft from my parking spot. We all stopped, I geve a qwik honk to get there attention to ank them which way we were going, then proceeded thru the stop sign. a cop pulls me over and tells me that he pulled me over for "wreckless driving"! I told the officer" But i wasnt driving wreckless sir" He replied" are you gonna tell me my eyes are wring, IM A SEARGENT" I can give you a ticket for "WHATEVRER I WANT"! I can give you a ticket for your tint being too dark, your exhaust being to loud, from the stickers on your window, and the stuff hanging from your mirror. Right there I knew to shut up. SO I ended up with a wreckless driving ticket that in turn the officer never showed up in court, but that didnt get me out the ticket, this officer must have had pull because i ended up going back 10 more times before they even did anything. I still got a record for disorderly conduct, no points or drivin record, but of course i still had to pay.....295$ and a year layter. ANON |

| I went to court for a false ticket an officer gave to me, 1 for speeding- 83 in a 50, 1 for no insurance, 1 for no registration. At the time of stop i showed the officer my reg. n insur. he handed it back to me and still issued me a summons for not haveing that paperwork. Then the officer called a tow truck who then impounded my car. Well when confronted by the judge I showed the judge proof of my insurance and my registration showing that the officer was simply herrasing me. I brought 2 witnesses that were in the car with me at the time, I also brought prove ov my cars damage showing that my vehicle was incapable of reaching those high speeds, I also had an affidavit from my mechanic assuring my cars condition. when I questioned the officer about how many vehicles on the road at the tyme he supposedly clocked me and he could not answer. Stating" Oh there where many cars on the road" When in fact it was like 1:30 am and there was only one other vehicle near me at the time, a dark colored mitsubishi galant, which had passed me jus before i got stopped. The officer had clocked him and stopped me. Turns out that at the end of the hearing I was issued 6 pts to my license any way and stil had to pay a 170$ fine, my Prove and explanation meant nothing at all to the judge.
