The Vagina Monologues, to me, represent a collective effort to stop
violence against women and girls. My firm commitment to the production stems
from my desire to help women in our local community regain control of their
lives through a variety of outreach programs.

| Patricia Hernandez I have always been an advocate for women's rights and the Vagina Monologues has been a great medium for me to put my beliefs into practice. I have
always admired how The Vagina Monologues takes the life experiences of
women from different backgrounds and cultures but still manages to send out a
collective song about the female experience.

| Maria Marin "The Vagina Monologues" not only exults women's sexuality, but it also works as a foundation to raise awareness on the violence that is inflicted to many women and girls around the world. I hope that this production will serve as a venue for people to learn that strength is defined in more ways then one. Please come and join us as we celebrate all women who have fought this battle. |
