EATING
� To lose weight you have to change the way you eat. If you consume alot of fatty foods then there is no way you can lose weight. But you can't change the way you eat over night. You need to do it slowly. The first thing to do is instead of eating
3 times a day try� 4 to 5 times a day but make the portions smaller. See ever time you eat your metabolism increases
which in turns burns calories. Try to cut out all fried foods. Use the grill or bake the food. Convert from soda & tea to water.Drink at least 64 oz of water a day. It will help keep your nourished� and muscles full. Look at making small changes in other areas like low fat butter, skim milk, powdered milk, none stick spray, instead of oil. Also light mayo, salad dressing that is low fat or reduced calorie. I know most of that stuff does not taste good but the more you use it the better it tastes. That is why I say make the change slowly. Once you get to the weight you would like to be. Then you can slake off some. Even getting there you can still have some goodies. Once you start watching what you eat, take one day a week and eat something you have been craving . I also used some supplements.Like the stuff in the picture below.
