UPDATES!
A couple updates... I competed over the weekend in Team Universe - I was extremely pleased with my progress this year, although I still see where I have room for additional improvement! The show didn't go as well as I had hoped, but for my own sanity, I've moved on already. Hopefully next year will be a better year for me. That said, I made incredible progress this year, and hope to only continue improving. I'll still be attending the USA's this coming week, and although I've been told my conditioning was not what it should have been for Team U, I will be coming in softer for this show. Personal decision after a long time of dieting and toll-taking cardio...
