"Bait Snatcher"

This Wahoo came and took the bait right in front of a chasing Blue Marlin! The "Blue" would have been a nice picture, but this fish provided several fine meals also.

WOW! These anglers from Indiana are still in SHOCK from the "Aerial Display" they witnessed while battling this 225 lb Shortfin Mako for 90 minutes on 50 lb tackle! This guy jumped at least 10 times and made LONG,"REEL SCREAMING" runs! On the first leap he got 6ft of AIR! The " SHOW " was really impressive. (not to mention the work in the cockpit and on the throttles) Their coolers were packed with this EXCELENT EATING Shark.

We hooked up this " BLUE " while Kingfishing ! He hit on a 4/0 reel with 30lb test. Two anglers fought the monster for over 2 hours before he ultimately destroyed the drag and popped the line ! No we didn't land it, but everyone on board will always remember THAT Kingfish trip ! 6-18-99
