| With my Guide Service you will fish the hours you pay for (Weather Permitting), so plan on being on the water 1 extra hour depending on the trip that you book. All trips are based upon the weather. In the event of the trip being cut short or cancelled due to inclement weather or safety (At Guides discretion) appropriate cost will be refunded. |
| All fishermen will follow Texas State Laws, and will conduct themselves appropriately, or the trip can be terminated without a refund. |
