Shortly after Microsoft introduced cleartype, I read a wonderful article somewhere explaining how it enhanced black and white text by taking advantage of the invidiual red, green, and blue bars present in all LCD's (If I ever find the article I'll add the URL here). I've been using these myself for almost three years - they've moved computers with me.

Based on the Windows standard large cursors, This file includes new arrow cursors and other various cursors. I inverted black and white and added an extra black outline to most to ease visibility. The handwriting and some of the resize cursors ramin unchanged.

I recommend disabling the "Enable pointer shadow" option in the "Mouse Properties" dialog box. While it does improve the look of other cursor sets, it makes this one worse in general.
