FISH RECIPES (non-smoker) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chum Teriyaki Kabobs:submitted by TYLER CELLI Chum Salmon Sone cup soy sauce Four TBSP. sesame oil One TBSP. minced garlic Two TBSP. vinegar Two TBSP. honey Chopped green onions Toasted sesame seeds PREPARATION: Fillet and skin salmon, cut into 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch chunks, and remove bones. Mix the marinade ingrediants together (soy sause, two tbsp. sesame oil, vinegar, and honey) and marinate fish at least 30 minutes, turning ocasionally. COOKING: In a large Non-Stick pan heat two tbsp. sesame oil and one tbsp. garlic and salmon chunks. Turn after three minutes and add chopped green onion and toasted sesame seeds. Cook until done and serve over rice. I imagine that this would also work well whith other types of fish.... I.E. Humpies, and large trout |
