Saute mushrooms, chopped onions, chopped onions, chopped parsley until yellow color in butter. Toss with bread crumbs, add seasoning. Stuff trout cavities and place in greased baking pan. Brush with butter, bake 25-30 minutes at 400C. Serve hot.
