                      TIP
If you are keeping your fish to eat, try bleeding them first. You will notice a big difference when filleting, cleaning and taste. While the fish is still alive in your livewell cut under the body were it comes to a point near the gills about 1 inch back. Let them go back into your livewell, they will bleed out. Then place on ice right away.

I'm going to try and keep members update as entrees come in. The ones I post are official entrees as I receive them. There is lots coming in. As soon as Len ok's them, I'll post. Please be patient if you haven't seen your entree. They're probably in transit. Plus Len and myself are doing a lot of fishing and us old retired guys are slow.
