This is my initial entry in my fishing journal. On Monday December 18th I went blackfishing with my buds Tommy Zappulla and Jim Stokes. We fished on the partyboat Ocean Explorer out of Belmar, New Jersey. We were able to catch 5 keeper blackfish and released a bunch of shorts. It had been along time between blackfishing trips and I had forgotton how much I enjoyed this type of fishing. I am looking foward to many more trips for the elusive blackfish. Fishermangene
