Please help!! I can�t find .22 ammo. I will need 4 bricks for my first class and 4 for the second class. The first class will begin May 9 through July 7, 2009 (8 weeks). The second class begins July 21 and ends Sept. 8, 2009. The reunion will be Sept. 19, 2009. Classes begin promptly at 6 PM. Both classes are filled.
The Ladies' Fire arms class was started in 1980 by a Group of men from our club. In 1982 it was turned over to two women to organize the class. In 1984 the Head instructer was a gentleman who conducted the class through 1989. Shirly Williams became head instructor in 1990 and still teaches today.
The class has been lenghtened from 24 hours to 32 hours.
The class consists of two hours in the class room and two hours on the Range. We teach shooting from 8 different positions including left and right handed. When shooting we have one instructor working with one student. We teach defensive and recreational shooting. Law enforcement officers speak on the laws, a talk on rape and personal protection are also included.
