Eugene P. Fish, filed his Declaration for Invalid Pension on 9/21/1891, at the age of 58 years. He was a resident in the Village of Portland, in the county of Ionia, Michigan.

Widow's Pension

Julia A. Garrison, began filing her Declaration for Remarried Widow's Pension in July 1926. The original papers for Eugene Fish were not located, and as such a series of correspondence occurred from 1926 to late 1929 beween Julia and the Commissioner of Pensions in her attempt to receive a claim. Julia died in December 1929 without receiving her claim.
